What an excellent flat to stay in during the last week of the Edinburgh and Fringe Festivals. Host Emma was kind and welcoming. The flat is spotless, comfortable, and homey with a stellar new kitchen.The neighborhood is quiet and safe-feeling while being just a short walk from major Fringe venues and the Royal Mile. Great coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants are just steps away. We highly recommend Under the Table and Celestia ... both fairly close (or a short Uber ride if your legs are tired). We would love to stay again the next time we are in Edinburgh.

Wonderful apartment! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Very convenient to transportation. The neighborhood has many excellent restaurants and even a wonderful market. We made good use of the kitchen. The outside sitting area was a nice place to sit and enjoy the weather. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Location

Stayed for 3 nights here and it was the perfect location to strike out & explore the area. Most everything was within walking distance, which was great! The place itself was very nice, clean & modern. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Edinburgh visit

Beautiful historic flat in ideally located part of Edinburgh. Within walking distance of all major attractions. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. We had an amazing time and this was the perfect place to stay.

Great condo in New Town Edinburgh

This property was very spacious and updated. Located in the New Town district of Edinburgh, it's just a short walk to Waverly Station and High Street. We found some amazing restaurants just steps away. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful property with everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood is beautiful and the location is perfect for seeing the sites, restaurants, shopping, and transportation. You won’t be disappointed.
