Master Suite with sitting room, single floor, wheelchair accessible, comfortable amenities, with two bedrooms two baths, located near downtown Kanab, in a quiet, rural neighborhood where you can enjoy the serenity of the Colorado River Plateau and the Vermillion Cliff formation of the area. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and beautiful dark night skies, sunny days and gorgeous cloud formations. Sit on the front porch, eat or play cards, enjoy the dark, starry night skies. ►*Please note this property is best suited for mature adults, so no children allowed. No oversize vehicles/RV's or trailers (there is not a parking area for them). Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), and check out time is 10:00 a.m. (Mountain Time).*◄

Great location for seeing the Grand, Zion and Bryce Canyons. Awesome host. I would highly recommend this place. Very clean. Such cute decorations. Quiet area.

Easy and prompt communication with easy instructions formative. The house was very clean and spacious. Spent one evening star gazing in the front yard. Would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful property this is. The photos don’t do it justice. It was very nicely decorated and we felt this was very much more a ‘home’ than just a ‘stay’. It is very spacious with two sitting areas, two bathrooms and plenty of parking. The kitchen was well fitted out and we loved that some cooking items were available (oil and herbs). We also appreciated the coffee. Washing and drying facilities are enormous. Joan communicated well and it was lovely to see her as she lives nearby. Highly recommend Thank you Joan

What a great place in a great location to reach the National Parks. Joan makes sure you have everything you need for your stay and such a comfortable home. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Such a quiet area of town but so close to stores and restaurants.

Loved this place! It was very clean and the location was perfect for what I needed. The host was very friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and don't think you can find better for the price.

Great stay at Mom’s Place

One of the most comfortable VRBO stays! The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything a guest would need. The location was both quiet and conveniently close to town. If ur looking for a comfortable homey feel, this is the place!

I have lived in the area since 1978 but am originally from Oakland, California. I instantly
fell in love with Southern Utah! The landscape is like nowhere on earth and the sky is so
blue you'll wonder if it's real! I love the outdoors and always have. I love gardening,
hiking, walking the dogs and rockhounding. If you're a rockhound this is the place for you!
My husband and I love riding our motorcycle through Zion National Park! I worked for many years in drug and alcohol prevention education and now am part-owner in the local pet store.
We'd love to have you stay at Mom's and we can guide you to all the out-of-the-way
places nearby.

Mom's Place is actually that - my Mom's House. She moved next door to us from Walnut
Creek, CA in 2006 after my Dad died. She moved all her lovely furniture and belongings
into this charming single story home. We were very lucky to have her here for ten years
before she passed away last year. Kanab is a much safer place to live than California!

You'll love the layout of the home. First, everything is wheelchair accessible. The
livingroom/diningroom is light and spacious. The master bedroom has a "retreat" room
which we use as a TV/sitting area. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the quiet
with views of the Vermillion cliffs.
