This meadow retreat offers blue water ocean views, a hot tub, and a great location on the north end of Sea Ranch.

It's only about a mile to the Sea Ranch Golf Links and a short drive to charming Gualala for groceries at Surf Market or a slice of pizza at Upper Crust. With this home's location not far from the Bluff Trail, you can head out from your front door for picturesque ocean views and cool breezes as you hug the coastline and explore the nearby hedgerows. This retreat includes a separate mother-in-law style cottage with its own queen bed and bathroom - perfect for a couple in your group that wants their own space.

The main home is light and bright inside, with large windows, tall ceilings, and great ocean views. Relax in the living room in front of the large fireplace after a full day out enjoying the area. There's also a TV with a Blu-ray player for entertainment or just kick back and socialize with everyone.

A full kitchen allows the chef in your group to keep the gang happy and fed. You'll even have a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a big dining room table for family dinners. Or, plan meals out at Trinks Cafe, St. Orres, or Twofish Baking Company for pastries and sandwiches, and simply use the kitchen for snacks and reheating leftovers.

The deck off the upstairs living room is a great spot for a glass of wine or tea in the afternoon. Or simply read a book and glance up every so often for lovely ocean views. There are also plenty of window seats inside for a great view on chillier days. The master bedroom is downstairs and offers a queen bed, a cable TV, and deck access right out to the hot tub. There is also another queen bedroom in the main house, as well as third bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Between the separate cottage and the main home, up to eights guests can enjoy a carefree Sea Ranch getaway here!

You'll have WiFi and a washer/dryer available for your convenience. This unique coastal community offers bluff and forest hiking trails, three rec centers, and a special sense of peace and tranquility. Explore tide pools along the rocky coast or make the short drive (or under three-mile walk) to Walk On Beach for an inviting stretch of sandy beach!

Gualala offers a few galleries, a bookstore, and a handful of eateries and Mendocino, about 50 miles north along scenic Highway 1, makes a great day trip. Take an afternoon and make the under 10-mile drive to Annapolis Winery for a picnic and wine tasting. You may even want to bring a bottle of Port Zinfandel back for a nightcap before settling down in the evening.

Leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind and escape to this peaceful and quiet Sea Ranch retreat on the lovely Northern California Coast.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
