Our jaws dropped the moment we opened the front door. What a wonderful house with an incredible view. We’ve stayed in the area before and this was an instant favorite property. There are a lot of stairs, but it had everything we needed for a party of 7. The beds were comfy and every room had a view! Plenty of clean towels. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc we needed. The hot tub was already hot and ready and was a delightful way other enjoy the view. Can’t wait to return to this magical place.

We had an amazing week in this amazing house. The views were awesome from every room. The kitchen and all the bathrooms were incredibly well stocked, better than I've ever seen. Close to the little town of Gualala for restaurants and groceries. We'll be back for sure!

Fantastic view! Well appointed, comfortable and spacious home with very attentive property management. Just what our mixed age/interest group was hoping for— a homebase from which to explore the area and return to for cozy evenings watching the sunset over the ocean together. Really idyllic!

The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. We had everything needed in a kitchen. Garage parking was nice, but a garage door opener would have been nice as well. The house was clean except there was a terrible sewer smell in the downstairs area. The windows were quite dirty which made watching the sunset from the hot tub fairly impossible. Lots of stairs.

We apologize for any negative experience for sure. We typically have the windows cleaned on the day of arrival for each guest so I’m not certain if it was the salty wind blowing or birds doing what they do but the view is something we try hard to protect. Yes, a lot of stairs.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views from every room. Great outdoor spaces for whale watching and stargazing. Close to town but also very private. Well equiped kitchen. Host was very responsive to questions. Would definitely say here again.

Large house with great views and we love to watch the sea birds flying by at eye level. Comfortable living room set up. House accommodates eight guests comfortably. Very well stocked kitchen. Great hot tub.Comfortable beds. Low clearance cars did scrape a little on steep driveway. On the north end of town and only a few minutes drive to town.

The views are incredible. The beds are very comfy. Tanya is an excellent host and responds instantly. The kitchen is well equiped with whatever cooking tools one may need. The mornings were a little cold being on the coast, but the wall heaters took care of that in just a few minutes. The Gualala Market has an excellent meat counter and large selection of wines. There is a little shop next door with bakery, ice cream cones, and fresh Mexican food.One review complained about ants. I did not see a one. The pest control guy came by while we were out so Tanya has that problem well taken care of.There are quite a few stairs, so maybe you can lose a little weight and still eat all your vacation goodies. Don't forget your camera!

A truly lovely home with stunning ocean views. Peaceful, light-filled, and thoughtfully cared for; it felt welcoming the moment we arrived. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and those expansive views was incredibly grounding. A beautiful place to rest, reflect, and feel at home.

Me and my friends really enjoyed to stay in your house with our dogs over weekend. The view is something to die for. Really cozy and relaxing place which makes you to slow down. Would come again!

Relaxation Retreat

We spent the weekend here and absolutely loved it. The location is incredible and the hot tub features some spectacular views. Check in was simple and communication with the host was great. We will definitely be booking this spot again!
