This unit was fantastic and I highly recommend it. Tania's communication was outstanding before the check in process and during our stay when we had a few questions. The building itself was very quiet and clean and the view from the patio of the pool deck to the bay is beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast every morning out on the patio. The location is great with a fun restaurant, water sports activities booth, and a great deck hang out area within steps of the unit. And the ocean is just a quick walk across the street. The only thing I would call out would be that you have to provide your own sheets/towels which we hadn't experienced before at a rental property so just a heads up if you are coming from out of state. This was our first visit to the Delaware beaches and we loved everything about the area. I would encourage you to stay at this location, it is perfect!

Thanks for staying with us and happy you had an amazing experience for your first visit in Dewey beach, Delaware. In the past we did provide linens then covid hit but it was always typical in Delaware that guest brought their own sheets. Unfortunately I have left lines in the condo and more recently but unfortunately they walk . But it’s very typical in Delaware that guest bring or rent their linens and I was happy to have made the accommodation to provided linens to you for your stay. Have a great rest of your summer.

Perfect location, wonderful beach break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and took full advantage of nearby beach access, the pool, and the firepit. The property was just as described, very clean, and comfortable. Just wish we could stay longer!
