Enjoy all that the White Mountains has to offer from this beautifully appointed home in NH's White Mountains. This freestanding home, located in the Eagle's Nest of Lincoln's Clearbrook community, is directly across the famous Kancamagus Highway from Loon Mountain! It is the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Come for a quiet getaway or bring the family for a family retreat- there is enough room for everyone!
This home has 4 bedrooms plus a loft with pull out couch and comfortably sleeps 12+ guests. The bedrooms are spread among the 4 levels of the home, with the Master on the top floor (1 king bed), loft with pull out couch, open concept family room, dining area and kitchen on main level, 2 bedrooms on ground level (1 bedroom with 1 queen and set of twin bunks, other bedroom with 1 queen) and the "kid zone" on the lowest level with 1 set of twin bunks, 1 daybed with 2 twin mattresses, leather couch and pull out couch. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, all linens and towels provided, washer & dryer in house, access to tennis and swim club included. All you have to do is pack your bags!

Weekend stay

We were participating in the NH Highland Games and the house was 4 minutes from the event and another minute into town with access to all the amenities. We were 3 families and the layout of the house was perfect in a clean and quiet community. We would come back in a heart beat!

Great Location!

The house description and location were spot on. We had 7 adults for our stay and everything went very smoothe. We had a great weekend skiing and snowmobiling. The shuttle service was great. If I had to pick out 1 thing I would change, it would be the T.V.

Cute House!

This was a cute house. My small family of 4 plus my extended family (12 of us total) was ver comfortable staying here. It has a lot of charm and character that lends itself to to a ski town like Lincoln. It was a short trip for us but it was local to Clark’s Trading Post and under an hour to Santa’s Village. And the view during prime leaf peeping season was incredible all the way around.

Cosy and Comfortable

Always a pleasure to stay in the Clearbrook Village! We were a group from a few different families so I would likely search for a unit with an additional washroom in the future, but there were ample seating/sleeping options, fully-stocked kitchen was great, and we were very tempted by the beautiful large fireplace. We'll have to light a fire next time!

Great space but needs updating

We very much enjoyed the spread out layout of this property and views of the woods from all bedrooms. The rooms are across 4 floors. There are many stairs and plenty of storage. The great room and loft were beloved, but the place needs updating: the rooms on the first two floors smelled very musty, which we thought was just because it was closed up and humid upon arrival but persisted even with open windows and fans. I suspect the carpets need to be replaced along with the older fridge and dishwasher, which worked but had minor issues due to their age, but these did not ruin the experience. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our large crew.

Wonderful friends reunion

This property was perfect for a reunion of friends from college. We’re in our fifties and some have younger kids and a couple brought dogs. The property can accommodate multiple families/friends. Deanna was prompt with info - the house had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed hiking in the White Mountains and swimming in the Pemigewassett River. Wonderful weekend get together.

Great location!

This stand-alone home in Lincoln, NH, was easily found off the highway and an excellent location for many attractions. There was plenty of space in this house for the 14 (8 adults & 6 kids) of us. We'd love to stay again and ski right across the road at Loon Mountain in the winter! Thanks, Deanna!

Beautiful place for family getaway!

Extended family group (including dog!) had a fantastic stay in this unit. With space to spread out and home-like amenities, we were able to play outside every day and enjoy a comfortable regroup in the evenings. Would definitely consider a return visit.

Had great time!

We really enjoyed stay. Beautiful place. Came with family of 9 and had great time. Dissapointed that Dianne accused us of breaking vaccum which was broken before we got there. Also charged us for rug stains when there plenty of stains before we got there.

Loved it!!

This home was very clean and in good condition. Great location with plenty of room. We loved the lower level for the kids to have a hangout and place to play video games.

Fun Family & Friends Weekend

We had 3 families of 4 stay at this townhouse. We had plenty of room. Love the outside deck. Very peaceful. Kids really liked having their own space to chill out in. Lincoln is a great place to visit. Many things to do so close by.

Great for the past three years until owner refused to refund security deposit...

My group had rented this unit the same weekend for three years in a row - was such a great place, and we seemed to have a good rapport with the owner... Until this year... A member of my group had smoked a cigarette outside in the back woods area - but being earth-conscious, they brought the butt inside so as not to leave trash outdoors. Unfortunately, we forgot to empty that particular trash can. (Tiny trash can in the laundry room in the basement - easily missed) This triggered a series of communications which resulted in my abject apologies for the mistake - but the owner refused to acquiesce, abhorrently claiming that someone had "smoked inside" - which is not true. The owner also complained there was a bit of leaves/dirt on the carpet, and some residue on the kitchen floor. I read the terms and conditions multiple times - there is no mention of having to vacuum and mop. I would question why you are required to pay a cleaning fee but then be subject to vacuuming and mopping? It's truly heartbreaking when we had really and truly enjoyed this place, and did our best (within reason, based on the provided terms and conditions and having paid a cleaning fee) to clean up and take care of the property. For a homeowner whom had rented to us for over three years to decide to act in this manner and not come to an amicable resolution is such a sad turn of events. I don't like leaving this review, but I feel future potential renters should be aware that the homeowner could decide you did not meet their terms which could result in a serious monetary penalty even if the infraction did not actually occur. I would also suggest the owner update their terms and conditions - if there is an expectation that renters are required to mop and vacuum - that needs to be clearly explained and defined in the terms and conditions document provided by the home owner...

Perfect!

This townhome is fantastic! We had 3 families. 6 adults and 8 kids and even with a party that large we had more then enough space! Location can not be beat. The kid zone down stairs was a HUGE hit❤️. My 10 year old asked to come back here for a week instead of Disney ! True story! We all went river tubing and visited a swimming hole in bath nh. The swim pass is perfect. Thank you Deanna for sharing your home. We will be back next year!!!

Perfect for our group.

Deanna was great to work with. She was very helpful during our planning process. This rental was perfect for our group. Nice floor plan. We had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is a bit small, but we made it work. We liked that there is a pantry, so we had plenty of space to keep our dry goods. There are plenty of dishes, pot & pans, cooking utensils, etc. The only issue for us was the heat. It was an usually hot week up in Lincoln. It was very hard to get the air flowing through the house, even with all the fans going. The rental does not have air conditioning. We spent a lot of time out on the deck. The pools were great and the workers at the club house were very nice and answered any questions that we had. All in all, we had a great time and would consider renting again.

AMAZING! OUR SECOND ANNUAL TRIP!

Great house with plenty of room

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We found the house very comfortable for the 12 of us. The little ones loves all the bear and moose decorations around the house. It was a quiet area. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided. We were close to so many wondrful things to do for the younger kids and the older ones. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay again!!!!!

Great townhouse for families and groups!

What a great weekend! The condo had all the amenities we needed, and easily accommodated our group. The owner was very pleasant and easy to reach. Plenty of games and puzzles for a rainy day, and since it's located near Loon and the Kancamagus - plenty of outdoor options too! Can't wait to come back and stay again!

Very nice rental home-very close to Loon

Stayed for the weekend- 2 families 5 people total. Perfect for the weekend- more than enough room - the place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The home is at the end of the development, so it was very quiet during our stay. Great location to explore Loon Mtn and activities surrounding Lincoln NH. We rented kayaks from Outback Kayak, Ziplined at Alpine Adventures and took the gondola at Loon. Would love to stay there in the Winter for skiing.
