Good location

Nice location. Could you some updates- carpet downstairs and up. Need tending in the yard. Decks need to be washed and stained.

March 2017 Stay

Great trip despite the crazy winter weather. House was everything we needed. We had 7 people staying and everyone had plenty of room. Loved the gourmet kitchen! The staff at 360 were very helpful and accommodating. We will be back and for sure request this home again.

Appliances failure.

The dryer didn’t work the entire trip. Very disappointing considering the fridge in kitchen also didn’t work causing us to lose our groceries the first night. I am surprised we haven’t been refunded money for these inconveniences.

Beautiful Home, Great Location… Needs Some Tender Loving Care

Beautiful home! Positives: * Wrap around porches on both the top and bottom floors. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the porches. *Screened-in patios off both master bedrooms were a bonus! *Easy bike ride to town and beach. *Well-appointed with quality pots/pans, as well as a nice range & oven. *Beautiful top floor made for entertaining. Negatives: The day we arrived and before check-in, we received a call from 360 Blue (the management company) that the house refrigerator and dryer were not working properly. When we arrived on site, there was a replacement refrigerator downstairs. The only problem was that the kitchen was upstairs. We were pleasantly surprised that the upstairs refrigerator had been fixed and actually was working. The company removed the replacement refrigerator the following day. The biggest issue we had was the dryer did not work the entire time we were there (7days). Wet, sandy towels could be washed but not dried the entire trip. We tried our best to hang towels outside, but with the humidity and rain, they never dried. We talked back and forth with 360 Blue multiple times, but the dryer was never fixed/replaced. I will say they offered us $75 a day refund for our inconvenience, which we did appreciate. We still would’ve rather had the dryer. The house was not cleaned well before we arrived. Kitchen appliances still dirty. LR rug filthy. Broken dining room chairs. Walls scratched throughout home. Shower floor missing stones

Nice property

This is a nice home in a great watercolor location. There were a few minor things like various lights that didn't work and the grill didn't work. Outside of some basic maintenance items it was a nice property and worked well for our group.

Great location, great house, great amenities.

We love going to Watercolor for the family friendly atmosphere and proximity to just about anything you want to do. If I had any criticism it would be that the house itself, while very nice, is in need of a little TLC and was not as clean as we would have liked.

Our family had an amazing time in your gorgeous home. We especially enjoy cooking breakfast in the beautiful and well equipped kitchen. My son-in-law enjoyed using the green egg and grill for steak and chicken taco night. We love the peaceful neighborhood and family atmosphere at Watercolor. We highly recommend "All Decked Out".

There were 9 in our group and we had a fantastic experience. We’ve been coming to this area for 15 years and this house was one of our very favorites! The house is so well stocked and the best part was every room having its own bathroom. Thank you for making this a perfect vacation!

I had seen the previous reviews about inadequate lighting in the master bathrooms. I assumed that had been addressed by the time I booked. However, it was not. The downstairs master bathroom lighting is absolutely inadequate. I had to continually move around the house to get ready each day. Beautiful house. Great place for two families. I’m hoping the lighting will be addressed at some point for future renters.

Our vacation and stay at “All Decked Out” was so enjoyable! We had 2 families and had plenty of room to relax, nap, work puzzles, play games and cards, ride bikes, watch football, cook, eat, celebrate NYE and spend quality time together! We really loved the nice kitchen, large dining table and open family room! THANK YOU!

This was likely the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. No agenda. Plenty to do when we wanted to venture out. The house was amazing for our large group with so much room to be together playing games or watching movies at night. It is such a friendly place to walk or ride bikes. A real home away from home.

December 2017 Stay

Our family of 13 enjoyed a belated Christmas celebration in this property. We all agreed the house was perfect for our needs. A note to the property manager, we cooked several meals and there were no hot pads or mittens for getting hot, cooked food out of the generous oven. This would be our only complaint and we improvised!

Two of the bathrooms on the lower floor had grossly inadequate lighting. The light fixtures over the vanity had three 30 watt xenon bulbs and no ceiling fixture. The women did not have enough lighting to put on their makeup. Those fixtures need to be replaced by fixtures like the ones in the upstairs master bathroom. Because of this, we would never choose this property again. The other features, such as the decks, were nice, however.

Amazing stay once again! The house is beautiful and easily accommodated all 13 of us. The location is absolutely perfect. You feel off the beaten path, yet you are within minutes of the beach, Publix, and 5 pools. We attended a beach bonfire hosted but 360 that was so much fun! We're grateful we had the opportunity to vacation there again.

WOW! Pictures don't capture the brilliance of this home! My children and I frequented Seaside for many years. We shared many happy memories here. My son chose to share this magical place with friends and family by marrying his bride here at the beach! All Decked Out started withe week off with a bang! The home is truly exquisite, has every kitchen utensil you could want. I was able to prepare our rehearsal dinner in the amazing kitchen! Smoked lamb on green egg, roasted potatoes and veggies, and dozens of cookies! the master suites each had a patio with double chaise lounge over looking the tranquil forest. TVs for each of the bunk beds, bikes, and pools galore. The home was clean and inviting. Plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Only downfall is the distance from the beach.

This could not have been a more relaxing vacation. The home was just that... Home. The sun, sand, sky were great and the neighborhood was so welcoming. We loved the bike rides and just relaxing on the porch in the beautiful weather.

Labor Day getaway

FANTASTIC house‼️ Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed "All Decked Out". The house has an amazing kitchen with all the appliances you need to cook anything! Loved the decor as well. Shout out to 360 Blue for being so friendly and eager to make out stay a relaxing experience! We will definitely stay here again.

June 2016 Vacation

We came to Santa Rosa Beach for our summer vacation. We all loved staying in this beautiful home. It's the first time I've actually enjoyed cooking while on vacation because of the amazing kitchen and top of the line appliances. We really enjoyed all the outdoor decks, especially the screened in porches. Thank you for opening up your home to us. It was perfect for our family :)

June 2016 Stay

There were 8 of us at this property. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room. Lots of bathrooms! The house was nice and great upgraded appliances, however I found it not very clean. I'm sure it is hard to turn it around one family after another. At a glance it seemed clean but the more we did the more I found not clean or at least not throughly clean. The people we spoke with on the phone for some minor issues were super friendly and super helpful!! Thank you!
