Stone Bridge Cabin is a classic log cabin 10 feet off of the famous Pine River in Waushara County. Rustic outside with a newly renovated interior. 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps 4. This stretch of the Pine River is known for prolific caddis and hexagenia hatches, with 18" plus inch Brown trout commonly caught. Dozens of other productive Central Sands trout streams are within a 30 minute drive. Traditional "up-north tavern" conveniently located across the river. Several other restaurants are located minutes away.

This is a cozy, rustic, charming cabin that would satisfy trout fisherman hoping to catch fish in the Pine River right next to the cabin, or a couple just seeking some quiet time alone. We actually achieved both. Nearby Waupaca has some interesting shops and stores for those looking for some retail therapy. This was our second visit to this cabin and I hope there will be more.

The cabin was very cozy. It is in a beautiful setting right by the river. Walking distance to a restaurant/ bar. The owners had great instructions throughout the house. The amenities were perfect.

The sound of the river right outside the bedroom window was heavenly. We enjoyed our weekend in the cabin. It was quiet and cozy a perfect place for our Anniversary celebration.

Simply open the window to listen to the running river located right beside this unique, updated cabin. Still holding its old fashion charm, but completely updated inside to give you all the comforts of home. The most beautiful scenery and sounds. Absolutely wonderful stay!

Lovely getaway

The cabin was warm and comfortable, beds was great. Owner left a bottle of delicious wine, and the views were terrific. We will stay there again, great food at the pub across the road.

The cabin is conveniently located near Waupaca, Wild Rose and Wautoma, with many options for eating and drinking within minutes. You'll feel like you're much further "up-north" when you're within only 2-hours of Milwaukee and Madison.
