Renovated Beach House! 3 BDR, 1 BA, 1, outdoor shower. Bedroom #1 = King size bed; Bedroom#2 = 1 full size bed and 2 single beds; Bedroom #3 = 1 Queen size bed. Washer/dryer, Central Air, Wi-Fi, Large deck; Large private yard with in-ground pool. Patio table with 8 chairs in yard. Patio table with 8 chairs on deck. Gas grill on deck. Small dogs considered. 2 1/2 blocks to Elizabeth/Carter Private Beach; 6 Beach Badges included with stay; Approximately 1 mile to Point Pleasant Boardwalk. Sleeps 6. NO LARGE GROUPS or 3rd Party renting. Parking for 3 cars in driveway. This is a PERFECT home for families. Most of the homes in this area are owned and not rented. It is a quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood.

We knew there was something special about this place as soon as we drove onto the street. We met in Point Pleasant Beach over 20 years ago and it is not a coincidence that we found this warm and inviting home right here in this town. In addition, there is also the fact that my husband is a HUGE Bruce fan and the "East Street" location simply sealed the deal!!

This has been both a blessing and a family effort from the beginning. We've worked so hard to make it as warm and inviting as possible. The minute you step into the house, you cannot help but feel relaxed and at home. It is a great "beach getaway." We want everyone to feel as blessed as we do when they come to stay. We renovated with care and want people to enjoy time with friends and family. When you come and stay, we hope you feel the same way!

Honestly, the in-ground pool is a tremendous asset to the house! The beach is awesome, but sometimes it's nice to just float in the pool in our private backyard after you've been at the beach all day, or if you just feel like skipping the beach altogether. We have central air, a 40 inch flat screen tv in the living room, plus 2 smaller tv's in bedrooms 1 and 2. We have a washer/dryer, and don't forget the awesome outdoor shower! It really has all of the amenities you would ever want or need in a beach house. It is a quiet family neighborhood; however, if you need a little excitement, the Boardwalk is about 1 mile away. It really has everything here!!!
