Clean and comfortable!

Whole family enjoyed our week here. Pool was great and distance to beach was convenient. Owner takes care of this property!

THE BEST SHORE HOME TO SPEND VACATION

This house provides everything you would want and need for a wonderful vacation in Point Pleasant. The pool is amazing - the home is decorated so beautifully and the accommodations are all you could ask for. This home is even more beautiful than the photos show - 3 short blocks to a private beach and plenty of parking available.

Great House!

We loved this house. There was plenty of room for our family. It’s close enough to the beach to walk. We spent lots of time in the beautiful pool. And the kitchen is very well stocked!

Family vacation

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Couple hiccups and home owners quick and responsive to address the issues.

Want to flip around?The house is extremely well stocked with beautiful amenities, however the original listing did not communicate that we would need to bring all of our own toilet paper, paper towels, bed linens and towels for all guests prior to booking.Location was fantastic and we would love to stay here again, but be aware that there is conflicting information between Vrbo and the Shore Points listing which lead to some confusion regarding the check in/out process and trash removal.

405 Carter Ave was exceptional

This was our first time visiting this home. It was exceptionally clean, well located and perfect for an extended family visit. The owner carefully labeled everything so we knew what was expected and offered. We visited with our two children, my sister, her husband and their two children and my 84 year old mother. Perfect for mixed ages! The beach is very close and definitely walking distance.

Renovated home with a beautiful pool near the beach

We had stayed in this property some years ago and appreciated the extensive renovations done inside and outside. The pool was magnificent and beautifully finished. While some of the five bedrooms were a bit small, they were well-appointed and well-decorated. The mattresses and pillows could use a refresh and were disappointing. The kitchen was fully renovated and equipped with everything we could possibly use, including lots of dishes, glasses, etc. The property is a 10-minute walk to the private beach, which is a great escape from the crowds on public beaches. All beach furnishings were also provided and were of top quality.

The house was perfect and a perfect location. Parking was never a problem and the private beach was outstanding. Just a short drive or walk to Point Pleasant beach and Jenkins Boardwalk, but far enough away from the crowds. Bay Head has a nice boat museum and car museum. You must stop ini and shop for lunch/dinner at Joe Leone's.I would definately recommend staying here.
