Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath open floor plan home nestled among the Oak Trees with views of local San Luis Rey River Valley Vineyards. Bedroom 1 has an Eastern King Bed, Bedroom 2 and 3 have Queen beds, and Bedroom 4 has a Queen and a full bed. Enjoy the Southern California weather on the large outdoor living area complete with gas BBQ, Outdoor fireplace and waterfall.
This peaceful getaway is centrally located to most popular Southern California attractions. Just 13 miles to whale watching, surfing, or waterfront dining, or head out 16 miles to the amazing Zoo Safari Park. The property is 24 miles to Legoland and 35-37 miles to experience the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and museums or downtown San Diego. You can also head North 57 miles to enjoy Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure park. We are also close to several golf courses and just 9 miles from Pala Casino Spa, 14 miles from Pechanga Casino.
During the summer months, enjoy several outdoor Theater events, Moonlight Amphitheater is just 4.4 miles away with blanket seating and picnics, or check out a little Shakespeare at the Old Globe theater in Balboa park.
We are 45 miles north of San Diego International Airport and 64 miles south of John Wayne Airport.

We can’t express how amazing this home was for us. From the minute we walked through the door it was warm and inviting. Clean and spacious.Everything we needed to make meals and enjoy family time! Our family is large and the outdoor space was perfect for our gathering. The waterfall is such a peaceful feature made having coffee in the morning so nice. We will definitely be making future stays here. It was more than 10 stars ! Cynde was amazing and was quick to respond to all our questions so kind and accommodating. We absolutely loved it! 10

A group of 6 of us stayed at the house and had more than enough room. The backyard was the hit of the whole stay. We grilled one night and then sat outside and talked and hung out. The waterfall and frogs were the perfect background music. We also played cards on the big table in the kitchen when it was just too hot to be outside. And the rooms were a perfect size (the master is HUGE!). The location was perfect. We felt like we had some space and privacy but we were only 5 mins or so from the highway. Also we ordered pizza and pasta from Village Pizza it was so good (try the Margherita Pizza) Overall a great stay.

The host was very nice and very responsive. The house is large and beautiful with a gorgeous backyard. There are tables everywhere which is truly perfect for eating, playing games, cards or doing puzzles.

The host was easy to contact. The home was very spacious and comfortable with lots of areas to just "hang out".Wonderful outdoor patio with gas grill and fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped with just about anything you would want. We were visiting family and this home was perfect for us to have our family over. We hope to return sometime.

This house is so comfortable and beautiful. There were 8 adults in our group and everyone agreed the beds were comfy, kitchen well- stocked, and the outdoor gathering areas worked perfect for our family. The hiking trail above the house is a bonus treat. Our host was friendly and easy to reach. Easy drive to the beach, Fallbrook wineries, and shopping in Carlsbad. We will be back without a doubt!Thank you!

Fun weekend getaway

Our group had a great stay! Enough room for 7 adults to sleep and lounge around comfortably and we really enjoyed sitting around the fire place in the back yard in the evenings.

Wonderful stay!

We rented this house for family coming from out of town for a wedding. It was the perfect spot that was close to our home and it was clean, well stocked and a great place to gather. It is a beautiful house inside and out!

Wonderful weekend at a wonderful property

The photo’s did not do this property justice. It was a fantastic property. They had so many amenities that were much appreciated. Great time at a very clean, very set up property. We will stay here the next time we come into town!
