Family Ready Blocks From Tamarack Beach with AC and EV Charging

Recently remodeled single story modern ranch with hickory floors and natural light. Three blocks to Tamarack Beach, take the boardwalk or lighted rail trail for a short walk/bike to the numerous offerings of Carlsbad Village. Large open kitchen with four seat breakfast bar and ample counter space. Massive farm table seats 10 for holiday dinners or family breakfast. Master bedroom has a king bed, attached bathroom and large closet with built-in storage to hide suitcases and feel at home. Two additional bedrooms provide king and queen beds with a shared hallway bath. Main living space has a streaming 4k TV and wireless sound-bar. Separate den features a fireplace, comfortable sectional and 55" streaming television. Fenced back-yard has covered patio, grill and heated outdoor surf shower to take care of the beach sand. Shed holds beach wagon, beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella. Outdoor games include Bocce, ladderball and cornhole sets. Easy freeway access, 1 hour to Disney, minutes to LEGOLAND. Circular driveway with parking for 4. High speed internet and WiFi. Large capacity washer and dryer.

Accommodates 6 adults in beds. Large sectional in den is size of two twin beds, can accommodate 2 children.

3 night minimum stay.
Winter Holidays, Easter/Spring break, and Summer season may require longer stay.

No check-in/out on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years eves and days.

We stayed for 7 nights and this house was perfect for our family with two young kids. We enjoyed all the beach toys, kids amenities in the house, and cleanliness. Would absolutely stay again!!

The house was beautiful and very clean. The location was so close to the beach which we loved. Very peaceful and close to shops. The host was very friendly and answered all my questions.

The house was exactly as advertised and probably even better. It had everything we needed including a wagon and chairs and boogie boards. The house was very clean and the location was awesome.

Comfortable and spacious house, this house has everything you need for a nice gateway or vacation time. Each room is very spacious, beds are comfortable, they have beach towels and a lot of extras! Kitchen is well organized and has all you need for a nice dining.Host is super helpful and responsive. The movie room was a plus! It has its own private door , so if you want to stay until late hours to watch a movie , you won't bother the other guests with the noise .Beach was 10 minutes walk, location in general is great. They have an outdoor shower and nice patio. My family and I are very happy with this property

Close enough to walk to the beach and to Carlsbad Village. This property is a show stopper. We were very comfortable anywhere we sat or slept. The additional living room gave an extra cozy getaway feel. Open floorplan and patio space gave room for guests. Amenities for the beach made life easy. We would stay here again most definitely! PS. The Avocado tree!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. The backyard was just perfect for sitting out with family. We had great communication with the host and it was a very easy check in process. We’d definitely love to stay again.

The rental is clean, comfortable, well stocked, management is always available, it's close to the beach and to Old Town Carlsbad. We have stayed here before and would happily do it again.

The property was as beautiful as pictured and just a short walk to the beach. The owner had lots of beach gear you could use if needed. Great place to consider if you have little ones, fenced backyard with grass for them to run around, they even had a toddler chair and pack ‘n play. Family friendly for sure, would highly recommend!

This house was perfect for what we were looking for! It was very close to the beach and provided the stuff needed to enjoy your trips to the beach(i.e. chairs, umbrellas, cart to carry everything). It is very close to downtown Carlsbad Village. It is also close to the interstate, so travel is easy. Finally, the backyard and patio were a perfect place to end the day and relax. The host was great to communicate with and the house offered everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this house!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the beach and Carlsbad while celebrating a family birthday. The location is amazing and the property exceeded our expectations.

Patrick is a great host and has gone above and beyond for us in the past. We’ve stayed at his house a number of times. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Water pressure in the showers could be better but we managed. We really appreciate the location and the on site parking here!
