Great place
Great place to stay. Very clean, enjoyed the place very comfortable, family enjoyed it the girls loved the bunk beds and pull out couch. Encourage to bring extra bath towels as they recommend, the location is sweet, check is was easy.

First time staying in a condo and visiting gulf shore
It was an amazing experience, the ocean view was perfect, the family had lots of fun, definitely will book it again next year.

This was the perfect spot for our little family to celebrate my 40th birthday! I was surprised with a card and champagne from Liquid Life when we arrived, which was such a sweet touch. Access to the beach was great and the view from our balcony was beautiful. Thank you for a great stay!

Great views
Royal Palms is our favorite property. Condo is a great size for 2 people and had everything we needed.

Everything was great except a few minor issues. One of the chairs on the balcony was cracked, the screw in the shower handle in the bedroom was loose so the water wouldn’t turn on so I tightened it by hand and it worked fine and the shower head in the bedroom was loose also so when we turned the water on it leaked till I tightened it by hand. But everything else was good.

Great location
We had the best time and an incredible view. We met so many nice people. The beach in front of the property was pretty busy but we always found a spot close by and everyone was very willing to share. Would definitely stay again

Cozy Condo
We loved the condo. I loved the decor and the view from the balcony is amazing. The pools were both very nice and the beach is very close, which is great for anyone who cannot walk long distances. It was a very comfortable stay.

Enjoyed Gulf Shores!
Although we were only there for 4 nights, we really loved this condo! The room was clean and was very well stocked with anything that we may need. We couldn’t have been happier with the Royal Palms building and the location. We would definitely stay again for an extended stay next time!

Perfect location!
Very comfy place for our family! On the calmer end of the strip so super easy to access a chill beach but also could take backroads to the busier restaurant area a couple miles down. Loved the pool when the kids were tired of the beach. Beds were comfy. Couldn’t ask for more!

Excellent view
Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent view of the ocean and close to the state park. I would definitely recommend this condo. recommend

The Palms
Great condo! My favorite amenity was the balcony and the amazing views/location. Kitchen had everything you could ever need if you plan to cook during your stay.
