ENTRY LEVEL:
- Kitchen - Well appointed with Everything you need to make great meals! Counter seating in kitchen area is main dining space.
- Living room - Bright and cheerful with Comfy furniture - Large couch that is also a foldout for guests 5 & 6, cozy gas log fireplace, flat screen TV with Xfinity service. Windows look out to redwoods!
- Bedroom 1 - Primary Bedroom -Spacious with a comfortable Queen Bed. Lots of windows let nature in and a sliding glass door opens to the deck and hot tub area. Private, full bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 - Cheerful and bright with a comfortable Queen Bed. This rom is off the living room.
- Bathroom 2- Full Bath across from laundry area

OUTDOOR SPACES:
- Great Lounge Area that backs up to a half acre of Redwood covered hillside
- Hot tub

THINGS TO KNOW:
- PET POLICY: Dogs only - NO cats.- $90 Dog Fee per Dog
- Yard is not enclosed for pups
- Friendly reminder: 6 people max, day or night. No Drop-in Guests
- NO Parties
- NO Large Gatherings
- Parking: 2 cars max - There is parking for 1 small to medium sized vehicle in front of the house. You may not block the street with your car. A 2nd car may be parked in overflow parking nearby - specific instructions provided in the home.
- Quiet Hours are from 9:00PM to 9AM - should be observed by all guests.
