Vino Velo is an absolute dream retreat and is the perfect blend of comfort & style! The interior is bright & cheerful w/ comfy furnishings. It has a gas fireplace and a fab, updated kitchen, perfect for the Chef of your group! The large deck has comfy a lounge area and backs up to a hillside covered in lush greenery & redwood trees! The deck also has an outdoor dining area & a hot tub.
The proximity to beautiful cycling routes and wineries adds an extra layer of appeal for up to 6 of your favorite outdoor adventurers!
It is a cyclers dream!

- Kitchen - Well appointed w/ everything you need to make great meals! Counter seating in kitchen area is main interior dining space
- Living room - Large couch that is also a fold out for guests 5 & 6, cozy gas fireplace, TV w/ Xfinity service. Redwood views!
- Bedroom 1 - Primary Bedroom -Spacious w/ a comfy Queen Bed. Lots of windows let nature in & a sliding glass door opens to the deck & hot tub area. Private bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 - Cheerful & bright w/a comfy Queen Bed. This room is off the living room.
- Bathroom 2- Full Bath across from Laundry area

- Game Room w/ Ping Pong table

OUTDOOR SPACES:
- Great Lounge Area that backs up to a half acre of Redwood covered hillside

- PET POLICY: Dogs only - NO cats.- $100 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard is not enclosed for pups

- NO Parties - NO Large Gatherings - No Drop-in Guests
- Parking: 2 cars Max - There is parking for 1 small to medium sized vehicle in front of the house. You may not block the street w/ your car. A 2nd car may be parked in overflow parking nearby - specific instructions provided in the home.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 9AM Sonoma Co. Ordinance
