We are repeat renters of this fabulous condo. We always look forward to staying in this great location with beautiful views and everything you could possibly need. The owner is very responsive. Easy beach access and restaurants within walking distance.

The property was clean and comfortable. The location to the private beach access was directly across the street and local shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. We will stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. The condo was in very nice condition and comfortable. The beach view was awesome. It was easy to get to the beach, and also there were a few places to eat and grab food right around in that area. Highly recommend.

Another great stay at this wonderful property. So comfortably furnished and decorated and the location could not be better. A great get-away. Just miss the nice shops and artists that are no longer in the Gulf Place property since Alvin’s Island moved in. Still several really nice restaurants , a bakery and sandwich shop on site. Will definitely be back!!!!

Great stay

great location to pool, beach and several restaurants. Two bunk beds are perfect for younger children

The one thing about Gulf Place Cabanas is, you can park the car and never have to get in it unless you want to go sit in traffic somewhere down Hwy. 98. You can go to the beach, ride bikes, eat, eat and eat THEN have ice cream without getting in the car and no headaches. Please come back to see us and thank you for your business, JUDY

Very beautiful clean condo. Very comfortable with many extras that we enjoyed. Kitchen was very well equipped for any cooking challenge. Loved taking in the gulf views from the porch.I missed the bike shop and ladies' clothing store no longer located at Gulf Place. (Replaced with beachy T-shirt shops). Very much enjoyed Shunk Gulley Restaurant for dinner Friday night at the bar.

Folks, Lyndsay got a "10" from my housekeeper. That has never happened. Our place might have met their needs however Lyndsay and her guest met every need of an owner. Thank you Lyndsay!!!!!

The best thing about staying at GPCabanas is you can walk across the street to the beach, you can walk and get yourself some lunch/dinner, you can walk for miles on the walking path on 30A. Great stay

We continue to return to this beautiful condo!Always easy to communicate with the owner and the condo is always clean and stocked with everything you could want! We love sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set at night. Great walking location to beach and restaurants. We can’t wait for our next trip!

We have stayed at Gulf Place many times and this is one of best condos out there. Decorated well, so clean, comfortable and amazing view and location!

Quiet time at the beach

Very comfortable and nicely updated condo with easy access to the beach. A quiet retreat and very responsive owner. Will definitely book again.

Great Location, nice place

We loved our time at this unit in Gulf Place. It has an amazing view of the ocean, the kids loved the bunk beds and everything was clean and comfy. We’ll be back!

This location and stay were absolutely incredible! We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else on 30A.The space is quaint, beautifully designed, and perfect for a couple with a baby. We usually dread being confined to a room during naps and early bedtimes while on vacation, but this time the room itself became part of the experience. The top-floor views, thoughtful amenities, well-equipped space, and attention to detail made it a place we genuinely enjoyed spending time.Everything was high quality, spotless, and well maintained. The location couldn't have been better, with an amazing selection of restaurants, coffee shops, live music on the lawn, boutiques, and a great atmosphere all within easy reach. The short walk to the beach was especially convenient.Our host was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything came together, giving us a truly unforgettable and much-needed vacation. Thank you so much! We sincerely hope this becomes an annual tradition for our family.
