Chris' home was perfect for our needs! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is so nice to have that privacy. Super clean and the decor is very cool. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Chris was super helpful with offering local businesses to visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner! This was so beneficial since we are not from the area. His house is beautiful and very clean and we felt very comfortable staying there.

Great stay! The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly located — super easy to get downtown, around Nashville, and to the airport. The host was incredibly communicative and flexible, which made everything so easy. Just a heads-up that the house has 3 floors, so it may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, 10/10 — would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Perfectly located for our music , concert going family of 6.Fresh and clean and very spacious. Everyone had their own space and could come together in the oversized kitchen and living room. This townhome has the perfect location to restaurants, vintage shops and downtown without being near the noise . Enjoy this music lovers paradise !

This place was perfect for our group. It was clean, check in seamless, beds were so comfortable. It was fun walking through and seeing all the memorabilia he had. Highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Nashville. Chris recommendations were all on point!

We were extremely happy with our stay at Chris' amazing property. It's well equipped, amazingly decorated, great location and very comfortable. There was more than enough room for our group of six. Chris was so easy to communicate with and helpful in suggesting places to see and eat. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great property! Perfect for 3 couples or a group of friends. Loved the 4 bathrooms. Chris was great with communication and gave us several recommendations. We walked to a couple of bars & restaurants and it was an easy Uber to Bridgestone for a concert or Broadway for the bars. Highly recommend and would def stay again!

Host was very accommodating. Helped us out with food recommendations and sightseeing.House was very clean and well maintained. Truly a music lovers house with pictures and books of all types of music genres.

Such a great stay! The place was clean and Chris was a great host! He gave a lot of recommendations in the area prior to coming and it was very helpful! Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this fabulous house . Uniquely decorated with famous music artwork and memorabilia . Communicating with host Chris was excellent . Broadway was a little further than we thought it would be - , about a 20min drive, however East Nashville is cool with many bars and restaurants and a lot less crowded than Broadway .

Enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Kitchen & family room are spacious and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and full bathrooms/private showers in each bedroom. Quick ride to Broadway Vanderbilt/Belmont nearby restaurants and bars.
