Great for large group

Great house for large group. We had 11 and everyone had beds. 6 bathrooms. John nice to work with. Construction nearby but noise not too bad. Could use more dishes/glasses/frying pans for large groups. Easy and enjoyable experience. FYI Uber doesn’t automatically route but Lyft does.

Awesome property

We had a group of eight gals that stayed here to spend a fun weekend in Nashville. The location is excellent and very close to town, the neighborhood is very secure! All of the accommodations that we were looking for, it was clean, it smelled good, And we couldn’t have asked for more!

Wifes 60th bday group

We had a group of 10 which this place easily fit, all with own beds and most own bathrooms. Kitchen was huge and perfect for group dinners and drinks before heading out. Gulch was very short walk away and Broadway was a $13 Uber. Great communication with John the manager and a good choice for a larger crew!

10 outta 10!!!

This host has thought of it all!! This beautiful home was spotless, not to mention there was tons of room for my group of 10 adults, age 30-40...it had every amenity you could need, fresh towels and sheets, full size toiletries for us to use, fully stocked kitchen, games, security system, TVs with streaming, very comfortable couches...it was awesome! Everywhere we went was 5-15 minutes away. Walking distance from Frugal McDougals and amazing brunch spot, Snooze. John was a very kind and responsive host! Cannot say enough great things! He permitted us to leave our luggage at the house (our flight wasn't until 8pm on the day of check out), then he was so gracious as to extend our check out time when I requested it. It rained all weekend due to Hurrican Helene and we were flat out exhausted from our adventures. Having the extra hours to recuperate made a world of difference at the end of an exhilarating trip. I absolutely recommend this house and this host. You will have a fantastic experience .

Fun and plenty of space

Location was great for getting access to all of Nashville, but also being in a quieter part of town. Manager’s directions were super clear. Plenty of space for a group of 11 people.

Great House Walking Distance to the Gulch!

Great house that easily accommodated our larger group! John was very communicative throughout our stay and the house was very clean. Would absolutely recommend to others and book again when I’m back in Nashville!

Southside Ct

Our group was a large group of women ranging in age from baby boomers to gen Z. The house was perfect! There was enough room and bathrooms for everyone and never any issues. The property person was easily accessible and responded quickly. There were no issues, just questions we had. The area was close enough to Broadway, but far enough to be out of the limelight unless we wanted to be. Would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend.

NashBash for Daughters 21st

We were a group of 21-85 year old women. We each had our own room and bed and most had their own bathroom. The house is fantastic for a group. Kitchen is large and it was nice to gather around the island. We were close to Broadway, 12 South, the Gulch and Printers Alley. Most required a short Uber. It was too hot to walk anywhere or enjoy the balcony. It was nice to have parking spots in front of the home. Highly recommend!

Great getaway with friends

We had a great time at this property. It is spacious and spotless. There are 3 floors so you can spread out and have privacy and the common rooms are large and comfy when you want to hang out with everyone. Our favorite features were the spacious kitchen and the roof deck. The location is great - walking distance to The Gulch and a short ride to all of the other hotspots and attractions. There is a large construction project happening right across the street so just be aware that there is noise in the morning. They started working at about 7am while we were there so sleeping in isn't really an option at least for now, but, get up and go do stuff. Communication with the host was great. Overall a really fabulous stay at this beautiful home.

Clean roomy comfortable large home

We had 11 adults -in town for family wedding. This was the perfect spot to gather, hang out, and enjoy spending time between events. Simple and comfortable furnishings - safe- close enough to walk to Town but the heat was a factor in this choice!! AC was wonderful and all beds as shown and comfortable. Lots of baths and showers. Big kitchen and family space. We had a bbq first night using gas grill!

Celebrated another 21st and two 30th birthdays and, again, were very comfortable. The host is so accommodating and gracious! Just cannot say enough good things about our stay, the property or our hosts! The property does not disappoint. Thank you!

Girls trip

This property was amazing! SO CLEAN! And very well stocked! Close enough to walk to most things (about 20-30 min walks) or a quick 5 min Uber! Would highly recommend to anyone with a large group.

Friends Getaway House
