Amazing experience all around

Our stay was amazing! Extremely spacious, well stocked, great location and one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in!I'm used to staying in 5 star hotels/resorts so my standards are high and this property met every single expectation! Definitely top notch! We will be back.

Great girls bday trip!

The home was beautiful and accommodated 10 ladies very comfortably. The owner was very generous supplying the house with necessities….honestly one of the best, well equipped home I’ve ever stayed in. Location was perfect, meaning walking distance to Broadway and The Gulch. I would highly recommend this home to a large group!!

10/10 Great friends getaway

Very clean and spacious. 6 adults-everyone had their own room and bathroom (some in room, others hall adjacent). Only downside was noise from big construction across the street, but they are finishing up soon. Overall, fantastic place, Very convenient to Broadway and many attractions.

Great location - perfect for groups

Stayed early March 2025- Very spacious house with bedrooms on each floor, plenty of bathrooms, supplies and amenities for large groups. Owner is very responsive and pleasant. only downside is the huge apartment complex under construction across the street. Loud and persistent beeping from trucks at 7a during the weekday.

great location

house is large and can accommodate many comfortably. location is great, easy walk to downtown/gulch area. only issue is construction of large complex across the street and they started at 7 am ever morning very loud. not much can do about that, but did effect vacation sleep in and lounging outside. some doors did not bolt or lock appropriately but plenty of room.

Great House Walking Distance to the Gulch!

Great house that easily accommodated our larger group! John was very communicative throughout our stay and the house was very clean. Would absolutely recommend to others and book again when I’m back in Nashville!

Fun and plenty of space

Location was great for getting access to all of Nashville, but also being in a quieter part of town. Manager’s directions were super clear. Plenty of space for a group of 11 people.
