Modern renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, double balcony frontline complex. The apartment is on the first floor and all rooms are on the same level. Two full-sized bedrooms.
2 minutes to the seafront. Easy access to beaches and promenade.
Fully fitted kitchen with new fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all utensils for a self-catering holiday. Breakfast Bar with four hi-stools.
Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and handbasin.
Lounge with 3 and 2 seater sofas, 55" Flatscreen TV, Dedicated WiFi
Air conditioning to Kitchen/Lounge area and main bedroom, the second bedroom has a large stand fan

Great stay

Will couldn’t have been more helpful surrounding our stay, always happy to answer questions, and sent over comprehensive information on check-in etc before we arrived. Apartment was spotless and complex is lovely. Fab location too. Would highly recommend.

Great 2 bed and great location

This property was better in reality than the photos made out. It was good to find a 2 bedroom property with 4 single beds. Rooms were very modern and spacious, the apartment was larger than we had expected with a bonus of a double balcony to the inside of the complex overlooking the pool. The swimming pool area was excellent with enough beds and umbrellas. There was a small charge at 3 euros per bed, 1 euro for the mattress and umbrella which was not extortionate. Friendly staff around the pool and bar. Parque Santiago 1 is very secure and only a few minutes walk to the safari centre and the promenade and beaches. Perfect location for where we wanted to be.

Great Apartment

Great apartment, will was very accommodating with our early arrival and late departure. Apartment clean with everything you need, and for those who want it English tv!!!! Communication from will and instructions were spot on. Pool area quite and clean, although €3 per bed and €1 for the mattress can work out costly, but that is no relation to the apartment, as these are not managed by the owner.. the apartment it’s self does have loungers on the balcony. Would book again

Great apartment in a great location.

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The pool were great - never super busy but enough going on for some atmosphere. The bar/cafe was friendly and convenient. Happy Hour was a nice early evening treat. There was lots going around - beaches, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance although the apartment was quiet. The owner was helpful and promptly replied to queries. I’d recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hestitate to rebook.

Lovely break

Property is in an excellent position overlooking the pool (which is very quiet) Pool shuts at 6pm which i think is because it is mixed with residential/holiday lets. Sun on the balcony in the morning. Accomodation has everything you need. Beds are very comfy as well! Communiction with the owner was excellent. Very responsive to all my mithering questions!!! Would highly recommend. Thank you for letting us stay

Great Apartment

Great apartment in excellant condition has all that you need from an apartment Pros Bedroom - Really comfortable beds Kitchen - Has all you need to cook a meal if you want to a bonus is the washing machine Outside - Large balconey with table nd chairs and sun beds overlooking the pool Bathroom - Lovely powerful shower and well decorated Lounge- 2 sofas and large TV with lots of channels particuarly like lots of books to red Cons - only down side is the towels well worn so do not dry well think this is the company that service the apartment Environment - Lovely pool area and grounds all well maintained nice little cafe on site Very quite area In an excellent spot for the beach ,shops and restaurants all within a 5 min walk in every direction Would use again

Beautiful Apartment

We stayed at the apartment over Easter half term in April. Family had booked another apartment on the same complex and we had found this one which seemed suitable for our needs. The apartment itself was modern and clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble, he even accommodated a change of date due to flight issues. The complex itself is lovely and full of friendly faces. We used the poolside bar and restuarant regularly and found the food and drink to be well-priced with a good selection. There is a happy hour 3.30-5.30. The pool itself was lovely although has salty water which took the children some time to get used to. We also found it frustrating that there was a charge for sunloungers (2.50€ per day). As a family of 5 this soon adds up, as unless you purchased a lounger there was nowhere to sit around the pool whilst the children were playing. The complex is close to the beach front and also a short walk from many different bars and restaurants. We were spoilt for choice. Our host recommend Thai Botanico which was fantastic and we also had an amazing meal at Vegas Grill at the Oasis Centre. On the whole we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend staying at the apartment.

Lovely apartment in excellent lication

Property was spotless as was the rest of the complex. No need tobeup at crack of dawn to get sunbeds, there was plenty to go around. Poolside cafe bar was an added bonus, food was fab too.

Perfect location

We had a lovely stay. The complex is very clean, well maintained and secure. The location was perfect - nice and quiet but close to the beach, the golden mile and a bunch of lovely places to eat. The pool was a real highlight. A pool attendant is present all day keeping the whole area just right. There is a 3 euro charge per sun lounger per day (which the owner made us aware of prior to booking). The area was never overcrowded. No need to race for a sun bed. We popped down to pick ours around 10/10.30 each day we spent at the pool. There is a really nice cafe/pool bar on site too. The prices a quality of food and drink were great! The apartment is spot on, very clean, spacious, has everything you need. I loved the balcony. The beds are comfortable. Communication from the host was fantastic, informative, friendly with quick responses. I’d certainly recommend this as a great place to stay!

Great location and accommodation

We had such a lovely stay. Accommodation was perfect and had everything you need, clean and modern. Great pool area and pool bar. Would absolutely recommend. 5-10 min walk to main strip. But so many shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Great communication with the owner. Thanks for a great stay

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Top Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, der Ausblick zum Pool ist sehr schön. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool schön warm.

Excellent all round

Apartment in a brilliant location 2 mins to seafront surrounded by bars and restaurants and in the middle of las Americas. Complex is friendly and clean. Flat was immaculate presented and clean, exactly as per the photos. Communication from host was friendly and efficient, a very nice guy. Would definitely recommend and stop again.

Excellent property in fabulous location

This apartment is fabulous, location is great with everything you need on doorstep. Communication with Will was excellent, he even sent me restraunt recommendations. Property was spotless. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely central apartment in a quiet location

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very central, close to the sea, bars, restaurants and yet quiet and peaceful. A suggestion for future would be to have some basic items available in the apartment eg. hand soap, washing liquid and a few kitchen essentials like oil, pepper, salt, washing up liquid and cloth. The pool is lovely and heated, but there is a small mandatory cost for use of sunbed. Overall a great apartment.

We are a family of 4 and we holidayed at the complex before we were married back in the late 80's. We came back to the complex a few years later after the birth of our first child and again found it to be a great place to stay. We eventually bought our apartment and have been back three or four times a year since.

The apartment itself is in a great location overlooking the swimming pool. It has two nice sized bedrooms, a family bathroom and a large kitchen lounge area. The apartment was renovated a few years ago and we continually update and modernise things to make it a home from home.
We hope that you will enjoy our apartment and come back again and again.

This is a really nice family centred complex, there is 24 hour security onsite, a lifeguard is on duty when the pool is open 9.00am-6.00pm.
Sunbeds at the pool are chargeable by the day.
