Wonderful property, comfortably furnished and well appointed with everything we needed, gorgeous ocean views, conveniently located to restaurants and easy access to anywhere on the island. Quiet and picturesque grounds. Highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Everything was great about the property. The only thing was the unit right next door was renovating and they had saws going all day from 9 to 5 everyday. And they did it on the patio so it was noisy. Otherwise everything was great.

The condo was very clean and decorated with lots of pretty little touches. The mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with nicer utensils and pots and pans. There was even a rolling pin and pastry cutter - I could have baked a pie if I wanted to!!! There were ants in the kitchen, but we kept them under control by keeping all food off of the counters. We enjoyed the saltwater pool and the beach. There were beach chairs, pool noodles, and toys for our use. There was a cupboard full of puzzles, games and books. There is no air conditioning, but several fans to help keep the air circulating. The front door had a screen and that really helped the air to circulate. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. We could hear the waves crashing on the beach all night - it was very peaceful. The complex is landscaped beautifully.

My family of four had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, clean and had everything we could have needed. The view and proximity to the ocean was definitely the highlight! We enjoyed most of our meals in the condo so it was nice to have everything including the spices available, access to the bbqs, and even a vitamix for smoothies. It was nice to do laundry as needed also. My four year old even found some books and puzzles to enjoy. I woke up each morning and walked around the corner of property to watch the sunrise on the beach in front of the lava lava restaurant. We can’t wait to return.

Fantastic condo! We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, well stocked, and had an absolutely unbelievable view. The Lae Nani grounds are beautiful and very well taken care of. The pool and beach were both lovely. Looking forward to returning!!!

The view was spectacular! The condo was well furnished and the kitchen had all the utensils and all we needed to cook meals. We loved the beach and the restaurants, shops and grocery store within walking distance. Thank you for sharing your Kauai home.

Holiday vacation with our kids

Great location for what we planned to do. I was pleasantly surprised how well stock w/dishes,paper products. Beds were amazing!

Awesome place to stay. We enjoyed our visit very much. The condo was just as described, immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed. Beautiful grounds, spectacular ocean view and good location. We would definately stay here again!

Wonderful property

You can’t beat this property! Location is right on the ocean. Plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery stores. The condo is well equipped.

Great Location Close To Kapaa

We loved staying here, we were a bit worried about it being too warm at first since the unit doesn't have AC, but even in august, the breeze at night ended up keeping us plenty cool. Love the location and the complex is very nice.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful time in 525. The property is beautiful and right on the ocean. Pictures do not do it justice. Would stay again!

Excellent Stay

Everything about this property exceeded my expectations! Beautiful location, unbelievable views, super close to the ocean! Beautifully decorated, maintained and stocked, Grounds were lovely and secure! I miss sleeping to the sound of the ocean right outside my window!

Enjoyed every moment. Great sunrise and sunsets. A wonderful beach. Walking distance to restaurants, brewery, bakery and shopping. The condo was very comfortable and had all the necessities. Definitely will come back

The view is amazing. The location is convenient. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was nice and we cooked several dinners. I was surprised the unit did not have A/C and never thought it was something I should ask about. Luckily extra fans were provided.

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our time at Lae Nani 525. 2nd floor, so not too many stairs but a perfect view. It was so easy to walk to coffee, Lava Lava for happy hour, or over to the Coconut Marketplace for some dinner or groceries. Cindy and the management company was very responsive when we had a need or question. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

Wonderful experience

Centralized location for visiting main attractions around the island. Kitchen well supplied with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Nice gas grills available. Amazing views of ocean from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Beautifully landscaped grounds. We are two couples in our 60s and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
