Just 7 miles from the Lihue Airport, this peaceful condo property is tucked away on a peaceful side street from the main highway and is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Right on the ocean, Lae Nani, has beautifully landscaped grounds, a heated swimming pool and a rocked-in pool for Keiki (children) and a swim-able beach. BBQs are located near the pool. Lae Nani is a tranquil oasis a few blocks from the Wailua River, Hawaii's only navigable river, on the southern end of the bustling town of Kapaa, where access to every convenience is afforded.

Great Location Close To Kapaa

We loved staying here, we were a bit worried about it being too warm at first since the unit doesn't have AC, but even in august, the breeze at night ended up keeping us plenty cool. Love the location and the complex is very nice.

Enjoyed every moment. Great sunrise and sunsets. A wonderful beach. Walking distance to restaurants, brewery, bakery and shopping. The condo was very comfortable and had all the necessities. Definitely will come back

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our time at Lae Nani 525. 2nd floor, so not too many stairs but a perfect view. It was so easy to walk to coffee, Lava Lava for happy hour, or over to the Coconut Marketplace for some dinner or groceries. Cindy and the management company was very responsive when we had a need or question. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in 525. The property is beautiful and right on the ocean. Pictures do not do it justice. Would stay again!

Beautiful condo; great location

Fully stocked home with an amazing view of the ocean. We loved hearing the sounds of the waves during the night and the view from the deck during our morning coffee. The location is central on the island. The location is also great as next to it is the Lava Lava Beach Club where you can walk for drinks and food. The ocean has a small section “roped off” by lava rocks which makes a great “pool” for little kids. Overall great experience!

Ocean Waves!

Loved the location of this property. We travelled north, south, and west for hiking and snorkeling. Everything was within 45 minutes. Pool was super relaxing. We also walked over to the next resort for live music from 6-9pm. My favorite was going to bed and waking up to the sounds of the ocean every morning.

Great base for first trip to Kauai

Lae Nani was a great base for our first trip to Kauai. The unit was very comfortable for our family of four and we made use of the washer and dryer frequently. The views are exceptional and the beach and pool are only steps away. Great location with good access to north and south shores, and walking distance to shopping, dining and groceries at Coconut Marketplace. Some of the furnishings and appliances could use a refresh, but all of the advantages far outweigh any negatives. We'd love to come back!

A home away from home

Very clean,spacious and quiet. Can't beat the view. Great beach and nice property. Kitchen well stocked, comfy beds and close to shopping and walking/biking trail. Bathrooms a lifunctional. And could use new shower heads, but very functional with lots of towels and a good supply toilet paper and tissues to get you started. Appreciated the boogie boards, noodles and beach towels. Large capacity washer and dryer too. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

The view is even more spectacular than the pictures! I would go back in a heartbeat. I missed A/C but it wasn’t terrible. Seems like A/C is rare on the island.

Had a wonderful time, the location was great.

The property was not ready when we arrived at 1500 hrs, the cleaners showed up as we arrived and we had to wait on the deck for them to clean for the previous occupants. The property met our expectations and the location was faunistic. We has not issues with the unit.

Perfection

This condo unit is literally on the beach, no more than 50’ away. That’s the best part. For sleeping by the waves, snorkeling, swimming.and just sitting!! It’s also centrally located in the island whether you want to go north or southwest. And you can easily walk to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping. The unit is roomy and with full kitchen, laundry, etc we were able to feel like we lived here. Could not ask for more.00

The condo was clean, well decorated and had a great location to the beach and shopping. This was our fault for not researching, but we did not realize that the condo did not have air-conditioning until we got there. I’m not sure if it is needed year round but it would have definitely made our stay more comfortable in August. It would have also been nice to have more beach items in the closet to use (such as an umbrella) but I know that can’t be expected. The complex was very lush and beautiful as well. Pool umbrellas would have been nice though. Overall it was a magnificent stay.

Mahalo, we loved our stay

What an enjoyable stay in an ideal location. This was our first time to Kauai so we weren't sure where we should stay. Originally, we had booked a hotel, but we decided that having a separate room for our son and staying in a more central location would be a better idea. I'm so glad we made the switch and especially glad we were able to stay in this nice home. The view couldn't be beat! We were steps from the beach, watched wind surfers from our balcony, could see the mountains in the distance, and even caught a beautiful rainbow. Shopping (Coconut Marketplace) and malasadas (Passion bakery) were just a short walking distance away (bring reusable shopping bags). The home had everything we needed, including a good blender and a couple of beach chairs. We used the washer and dryer and the extra fans in the bedrooms came in handy. I appreciated all the beautiful artwork the owner has collected. There were several families staying at this location. We would love to come back.

Lae Nani Condo 525

Lae Nani 525 is a beautiful condominium. The grounds are meticulously maintained with a gorgeous ocean view and swimmable beach right on the property. The pool is also well maintained with beautiful flowers surrounding the it. The condo itself is gorgeous. The view is breathtaking with two lanais. I enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the ocean each morning. There was plenty of room for our family of four with a well-stocked kitchen. The artwork and decorations are beautiful as well making the condo feel homey and special. We enjoyed walking to Lava Lava beach club for dinner and music (live music plays every night). We also enjoyed walking to the Coconut Marketplace for shopping and the farmer's market. Our vacation was magical, we hope to return soon to this slice of paradise.

A few surprises

We love the proximity of this condo to the water! Gorgeous! The condo is very well stocked with nice patio furniture and general comfort. However, for the price, it is showing it's age and is in need of a facelift...new bedding/linens, bath work and paint will go a long way. The primary bed is very comfortable but we would like to see AC in the primary, namely to drown out the noise of the nocturnal seabirds that make a huge racket each night, as they are so close. It was too hot to close the windows and an AC unit would most likely keep us cool and in quiet. We would love to come back to this lovely Lae Nani condo with these minor adjustments.

Just Fabulous

The Lae Nani Resort condos and this specific unit are both fabulous. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. The grounds are immaculate. The beach is perfect. The sand is soft and while there are rocks in the water there is a "channel" without any rocks that you can use to swim out and ride the waves. We saw some fish and a sea turtle. There's also a small "pool" formed by rocks that is perfect for young kids. No waves and there are little fish in there too. The pool is great too. The location of the condo can't be beat. You are looking straight out to the beach and ocean. You can see most of the sunrise and sunset. You will hear the waves - they can be loud but i got used to it and was lulled to sleep. But if you're sensitive to sound, you might want to bring earplugs. Also, the window shades are perfect for letting air in but they also let some light in so if you're sensitive to morning light and want to sleep late, maybe bring an eye cover. The unit is clean and well furnished. We loved our time there and will be back!
