Watch your favorite TV shows or movies on the large tv. Enjoy quiet conversation with your family and friends while lounging in the separate seating area facing the ocean. Step through the sliding doors to the deck where you can enjoy afternoon drinks or relax while grilling dinner on the gas grill. The kitchen is open to the great room and has been completely updated. Highlights include granite counters, upgraded appliances, new cabinets, and an island. It is well equipped with dishware, cookware and small appliances including both a Keurig and regular coffee machine. The adjacent dining room is surrounded by windows and has a table for 6. There is seating for one more guest at the kitchen island.

There are three bedrooms in this townhome. The first floor bedroom has a king, four post bed. An armoire holds a large HDTV and can easily accommodate your vacation clothing. Just outside the door is a full, hall bath that has a tiled shower/tub and a granite topped vanity. Head upstairs to the 2nd floor where there are two additional bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom (master) has a king bed, HDTV, and sliding doors accessing a sun deck. Wake up early and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Retreat with a book and catch the sun's rays during the afternoon. You will love the views of the ocean and Deveaux Banks beyond. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed and TV. A full bath sits between the two upstairs bedrooms. It has been updated and has tile flooring, a vanity with granite, and a tiled shower with glass doors.

In addition to having beautiful views and a gorgeous decor, this home is located just steps from the Seabrook Island Clubhouse, its two championship golf courses, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, dining at Bohicket Lounge, the Palmetto Room and the Pelican's Nest, and the Beach Club pools. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
