Great property. Very quiet and secluded, but close enough to restaurants and stores to get food, toiletries, etc.Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay! We loved the convenience and peaceful location. The owners were so friendly and even brought us fresh eggs from their farm. I’d give it six stars, if possible!!

It was a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend - so quiet, peaceful and comfortable! Enjoyable and was a nice escape from the ASV activities/craziness!

We loved our stay. The property was as described, very clean, and beautiful scenery. We also purchased fresh farm eggs and beef which was a bonus. If we come back with our younger son for baseball we will definitely book here!

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and serene farm. The home was charming and exactly as described. We stayed for our daughter’s softball tournament in Cooperstown-it was perfect and only 15 minutes away. Highly recommend.

Our family has a fantastic stay! If you’re looking for a place not far from All Star Village, we highly recommend. It had plenty of room for a family of four, well stocked kitchen, working A/C but the bonus is being on the farm. Our oldest enjoyed time fishing and our youngest absolutely adored the cows, space to run and the fire pit. It’s a great place to get away from the ASV chaos. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great relaxing spot to stay

This was the perfect location for us considering that we were visiting for the Cooperstown Baseball Tournament. Cozy, clean and in a beautiful tranquil setting. We would absolutely stay again.

Cooperstown Stay!

We enjoyed our stay while our son played at Dreamspark! It was wonderful accommodations! If our youngest is able to play in 2 years, we will book again.

What a lovely property and very clean “cabin” to stay in. We were in town for a tournament at All Star Village (15 minutes away) and opted for this private pond side retreat in the mountains. It was a much welcome break from suburban life. My kids loved seeing the cows every day and fishing in the pond. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, clean

Stayed here while my son played in a baseball tournament. This was a great location...not too far from the ballpark. Close to Walmart and restaurants. Clean. Lovely setting! Would stay here again.

This property is stunning and so peaceful. It was a nice retreat for my husband and my 8 year old son as our 12 year old played at ASV. Our son absolutely loved feeding the cows and fishing in the pond. The hosts were always available to answer our questions and the unit was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was awesome and very close to Hartwick College. My only complaint is the communication. Left multiple messages without response.

Wonderful rental for a baseball week!

Had such an amazing time! House was so clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need. My son played at ASV and we were very close by. Beautiful scenery and so tranquil! My son came back after the last game and was able to enjoy a home cooked meal and fish while I cooked. Believe me you will love you experience there.

Perfect for Baseball Tournament

My son was playing in the tournament at All Star Village. My place was perfect to head back to between games, make meals and get a little work done. It was just me staying, but it would also be great with your spouse and kid. Loved the peacefulness of the property and patio by the pond.

July 4th weekend getaway

Beautiful setting, very quiet. Seems quite new. In great condition. Convenient to many stores but you still feel like you are tucked away in the woods. The kitchen is adequate but not a lot of counter top space if you plan to cook. Perhaps could add a rolling island to accommodate this. All amenities were very good. Well appointed.
