It was a lovely property with wonderful outdoor and indoor amenities. The house was clean and as described, lots of room for a family getaway. The game room was a definite plus.

Host was quick to respond with questions and was helpful during stay. House has a great country environment. Many trails to hike on the property. Recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors.

Fourth time renting this beautiful home and property. My family and pup love the hiking and nature watching. We enjoy stargazing in the evening. It’s a beautiful place if you’re looking for peace and quiet in a serene, bucolic setting.

Friends family getaway to amazing Zelenys Les

Always amazing to stay at this beautiful house with beautiful surroundings. Kitchen is well equipped and game room downstairs is perfect for families with children. Hopefully we can come back again soon!

Great Experience

This is a beautiful property, we stayed here for the 12u cooperstown experience. We had everything we need and it felt like home. Waking up to the view was priceless. We will book again.

Large rural pretty property

Privacy and fun at the same time caught 2 bass during our stay and ac is not necessary as at night it cools right down thanks for allowing our girls(dogs)

Peaceful and fun time in nature!

Wonderful home on a beautiful property. If you like nature and solitude this is the place for you. Great hiking and bird watching. We will be back.

Beautiful home and property.

Our third time renting this fantastic house and property. The hiking and bird watching are great, my dog was in heaven. Thank you to the Tutter family for sharing this wonderful place. We will be back!

Outstanding place! Beautiful house, well appointed and a great location. I wish we could have explored the 100 acres but the rainy weekend prevented that. Our group makes two trips to the Delhi area every year and we have stayed in a number of places. This place is far and away the nicest we’ve stayed at. My friends and I will be back.

Another wonderful stay at Zeleny

This was our second trip this year - and we very much enjoyed it once again. A nice hike at Palmer Hill Trail, stopping off for some great local groceries at Catskill Harvest. Delicious meals at Bull and Garland. Love the area - and Adele is such a great and helpful host.
