Cozy Adirondack style cabin with knotty pine paneling in living room with comfortable denim sofa and chair and a full size futon perfect for one. Adirondack dining set for 3 sits in front of a lake scene wall mural. Bedroom with Cathedral ceiling includes a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and expansive windows over looking the lake. Cedar paneled small but functional bathroom with corner shower. Full Kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Multiple decks, and pergola dining area overlooking the Lake with gas grill. Large floating Dock at lakeside is perfect for swimming, sunning and fishing. Front yard has abundant flowers and Koi pond. Peaceful, quiet and only minutes from Interstate 88 and Downtown Oneonta; 15 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village 20 minutes from Cooperstown with Baseball and Museums to explore. Linens provided. Kayaks are available to use. Private entrance ( owners on premise) and parking for one car. Heat and Air Conditioned. ***SUMMERS: we have a 6 day minimum scheduled for guests staying at Cooperstown All Star Village only.

Perfect relaxing hideaway. This is ON the lake and a beautifully curated cottage. The host was very clear about the size of the space and expectations. This is not a party house. I highly recommend it for a weekend getaway. To be able to kayak, walk the trails, and fish, made our stay incredible! Jeff and Lisetta were wonderful hosts and this reminded me of the true spirit of home rental - getting to experience another way of life!

It was the perfect week in the perfect place. We were 1 5minutes from All Star Village. The host and hostess were tremendous. The house is great. We kayaked and fished every day between baseball games. I would love to visit and stay here again. I spent a lot of time researching, and I could not have been happier with the place, location, and views!

Nice place to stay for cooperstown all star village. Right on lake after the stairs to dock. Smooth kayaking and swimming. Cozy but bigger then pictures show for the room. This part is just for people to understand if have balance issues as its old and old wood floors slant a little. And if your taller then 6’4 you might bump your head in a couple spots like shower and entering kitchen area but other then that not low. The toilet is small but i guess thats how it is in that area haha. Would stay again for the lake. Hosts live next door and are super friendly. Its connected by like an entrance/mudroom but its really like your own place as you have key to doors. Great stay.

We wish we discovered this place 3 years ago when our daughter started school at oneonta. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on graduation weekend.

Visiting Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week, we had a wonderful time at this clean, roomy cottage! A great value at this lakeside location in a quiet neighborhood close to the park, we highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the area!

It was great

The property was as expected and a good spot for those going to Cooperstown Dream Park. The bathroom was very tiny but clean. Despite low ceilings, the whole space was not at all cramped and was quite cozy. The absolute best part was the deck and views of the lake right outside.

Quiet retreat

We enjoyed our stay while our son was at the Cooperstown baseball tournament. If you are a quiet family who enjoys the downtime then this is the place to stay. It reminded us of staying at your grandparents house! We fished on the dock (quick purchase of rods from Walmart), kayaked,, a enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Quiet, beautiful cottage overlooking picturesque lake.

What a beautiful location! The cottage is perfect for two or three, and it’s larger than you might imagine from the pictures. It is extremely well equipped and the owners are perfect hosts. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect lake getaway

Highly recommend this perfect lake house! Great location - close to everything and on a very quite beautiful lake. The hosts are the nicest rental property hosts I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend this property any more.

Charming Getaway!

We had such a wonderful time at the property with our golden retriever (who LOVES the water). The property is connected to their home, but was very private and we didn't feel intrusive whatsoever. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to have a lux stay by the lake :)

Met all of our needs. A full kitchen, nice lake view, bonus was the kayaks on site along with life jackets. A very tranquil stay beginning with the fountain and koi pond as you enter the property. Jeff and Lisetta were great with communicating and checking in if we needed anything. Also, very kind of them to let us know there was no one coming in for a few days and to take our time on checkout. Took advantage of that and the good weather with kayaking on Goodyear Lake!

From the moment I reached out to request to stay at the property, the communication was immediately with kindness and willingness to assist with any questions or needs. The check in was smooth, we were greeted directly as Jeff and Lisetta live right next door to the rental space, but they remain separated by an attached entry hall as a separate entrance, and keep very private for the duration of the stay. The lake house is so peaceful and quiet, with all the amenities required for a lakefront getaway. The bed and rooms were very comfortable and cozy. The location is ideal for hiking on nearby trails, for kayaking (they supply their kayaks for use) as well as for basking on the deck for quiet reflection, reading or eating at the table on the lower deck lakeside. The view is lovely. Upon check out we were even offered freshly baked granola by Lisetta to have our final morning- which was a kind gesture and added to the charm and character of the detailed decoration of the cabin. We had a few rainy and damp days, so there is a fireplace that was just perfect to side and warm up near and to read indoors curled aside. All around this is the perfect lakefront getaway… and very close to Oneonta as well as to Cooperstown to visit the hall of fame. Wonderful stay! Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful lake house while in Cooperstown for our son’s baseball tournament. The home offered both beauty and tranquility, which was exactly what we needed during such a busy week. The only thing that could have made our stay even better would’ve been a washing machine on-site, but thankfully there was a laundromat not too far away that worked out just fine. The homeowners were incredibly accommodating and kind—we truly appreciated their hospitality!

Off the beaten path

Had a wonderful week courtesy of the hosts. We were in town for a baseball tourney, and this property is approximately 15-20 min from all star village and even closer to dreams park. Beautiful location and scenery, and fabulous hosts. Would stay here again without hesitation!

The lake is beautiful and you are tucked away in the Country however so close to shopping and attractions. You can choose to be as busy or quiet as you need to be.

We are a small cozy intimate respite providing a place to recharge and relax for our guests. There is a Koi Pond and Perennial gardens greeting you on your way in to the front door and as you walk out the back you overlook Goodyear Lake. The stairs to the lake offer you three different place to sit/eat. Paddle to the Cove, stay in our Bay or travel up the Lake. It's up to you! Take several walks right from the front door and explore the trails along the railroad track, the lake roads OR hike the State Land across the lake.
