Very clean, loved the balcony ocean view, steps to the beach, convenient to groceries, shopping, ice cream and less than 10 miles to Destin. Family vacation was amazing and felt right at home.

We enjoyed our stay with 4 adults and 3 kids. The condo had everything that we needed and had such a homely atmosphere. We highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful anniversary weekend and the unit was perfect for our whole family.Note that the 3rd bedroom bunk beds are fairly small, so don't plan to have any 6'2" adults sleep there. Lol

The condo was clean and roomy and the pictures of the space were accurate. It worked out well for our family of 5. We liked that we had two reserved beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach each day. We also enjoyed the balcony and the view. This unit was far enough away from the pool that we did not hear any noise inside.

Beautiful View!

Beautiful decorated condo. Walking distance to cute mini golf and ice cream shop across the street. Steps from the beach. Chair service is always a plus! Kind and easy to work with. In unit washer and dryer is a must. Unit was clean and well stocked. Loved everything about our stay!

Ft Walton Escape

We had never been to Fort Walton before and we so very much enjoyed the more quiet scene, then compared to some other neighboring beaches. This complex was very unique that it was in walking distance to many fun activities for families. The condo was great. Our entire family enjoyed it and we are planning to come back.

This property is very close to the beach. The condo fit my family of 6 well. Pros: super close to the beachProperty well maintainedCommunication with the host was fantastic.Beach chairs. Washer and dryer was great, had extra chairs and some beach items in laundry room.Gave us plenty of towels and wash cloths.The balcony had enough chairs for everyone.Nice beds. Awesome water pressure. Very nice T.V.Very close to restaurants and stores even some within walking distance. Very relaxed staff.Brand new keurig. We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty to do nearby. Overall Well highly recommend this company, this room and this location.

This unit looks EXACTLY like the pictures. I loved loved loved the balcony and the views. The balcony furniture was comfortable and spacious. The unit had everything we needed. The only downside was the master bed was a little too mushy for me. But I would stay there again. Easy beach access. Great chair service. Thanks for a fantastic week!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful and comfy condo with everything you could ask for! The bed was delightful and the giant TV in the living room was great. Stayed for a week and had a great time. Highly recommend!

PERFECT accommodations

The room was right on the water with the most spectacular view and direct access to the beach as you walk out of the building. The room was equipped with great amenities and very clean. Very happy overall and would stay again.

Gulf Dunes

We enjoy staying at Gulf Dunes. It is easy to walk to eat with several different restaurants. Beach is beautiful and chair/umbrella rental is awesome part. We have stayed at Gulf Dunes for several years and are planning our trip for this year.

Condo is clean and has everything you need for a family vacation. This is our favorite place to stay on the island. We have been coming here for years, but will continue to stay here. Enjoy our family vacations here very much while making great memories.

Everything was great !

Everything was great !!! The location and proximity to the beach was fantastic. The beach was peaceful and uncrowded. We loved having the chairs on the beach reserved . The extra folding chairs and beach toys for the kids were extremely helpful as well . The inside was spacious and comfortable . Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed for our stay . Would stay here in the future !!!!

Everything was as advertised and exceeded our expectations! The whole process was easy and efficient from booking to check-in. Every time I called with questions, someone answered. The app had everything we needed at our fingertips. The condo (Gulf Dunes 408) was absolutely wonderful and we would definitely come back again.

The unit was as it is shown and described. The unit was clean, there was plenty of towels for our stay (6 of us), and the view was amazing! We had a small issue with the washing machine and they were there right away taking care of the issue (on the weekend!). The property is conveniently located and easy driving distance (5 minutes) to a ton of different restaurants and little shops. The four star is for the facility itself is getting a little tired and looks tired. However the unit itself was nice.

Great location, great views from the balcony! And super cute. Definitely could be cleaned better. The washer doesn’t spin and drain properly so you have to do the spin more than once with each wash, the water in the kitchen sink isn’t good at all, absolutely no pressure. And some dishes needed to be rewashed like they had been put away dirty. Also the refrigerator didn’t seem very cold but kept stuff cold enough it didn’t go bad. but the freezer was great so not sure if it was going out.

Overall we had a great experience staying in this condo! It’s beautifully decorated and the location is great. Our only complaint is there seemed to be water issues impacting the whole building (we had family staying in other units who experienced similar problems) the water in the kitchen sink barely worked unless you regularly took it apart while using to unclog the sand stuck in it. They offered to come fix it, but it worked with us messing with it and we didn’t want to give up beach time for a repair person to come by. There were also dirty dishes that had been put away as if they were clean which was annoying. The washing machine also doesn’t drain properly and you have to do an extra spin cycle with each wash. Like I said, overall it was a good experience and we’d stay here again.
