Amazing Views - Ocean Front 3BR Condo!

Our condo at the Palms Resort is our home away from home. We are on the 3rd floor (Unit 301) and have 3 bedrooms (2 with King size beds), 2 full baths, and can sleep 8. We have a full kitchen and a dining room that seats 8. We even have a "fireplace". We have 2 oceanfront balconies and Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs.

Our Resort consists of 2 buildings, the south building houses the indoor pool/hot tubs and the workout room.

We are located in the north building and only have 2 condo units per floor. We also have allowance for 2 parking spots.

The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, and flat screen TV, a Blue ray/DVD player, a walk-in closet, an en suite and a door to the large balcony with an amazing view of the ocean.

Our 2nd bedroom also has a King sized bed and a flat screen TV and a "Juliet" balcony facing the street.

Our 3rd, small, bedroom is perfect for children, it contains 2 twin beds, storage cubbies and a smart TV.

Our Living room has the "million dollar" view of the Atlantic Ocean, a sofa-bed with a queen sized mattress, a "fireplace", a 50" flat screen TV, a Blue ray/DVD player and access to 2 oceanfront balconies.

Our Kitchen has full-sized appliances; including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, a toaster and coffee maker and a washing machine and dryer.

We even include a complimentary delivered family pizza night upon request!

Our dinner table is pub height and seats 8 and there is newer flooring throughout.

In need of TLC

The location of the property is great. The place is in need of much needed TLC. The ceiling is falling in places, the toilet wouldn't work in the master bath, and place hasnt been updated in a long time. It did have everything needed for our two night stay. It comes with 1 dishwasher soap pack, 1 paper towel roll. Etc. I feel like there are much better values for the money spent.

Beachfront with Great Ocean Views

This property was located right on the beach, and the area offers many amenities within walking distance. The facility did a great job keeping the pool and hot tub clean daily. The condo was as advertised, but if I had to identify one drawback, it was the 3rd bedroom that was extremely small and had a pair of twin beds in it. Having two young adult men (6' 2" & 6' 4"), this was not an ideal sleeping arrangement, and thankfully, the couch was pullout, so it slept the larger teen. The owners were great, communicated regularly, and even provided us with a pizza dinner last evening. This would be an ideal place for a family with small children. I would consider renting this property again, but it would have to be with only an adult couple for sleeping arrangements. If it had a true 3rd bedroom, this would have been a 5-star review.

Family trip

Condo was nice. If I had to list anything we were disappointed in was the size of the third bedroom and the size of both commodes in the bathrooms. They were so small and low making it difficult to older adults to use

Great vacation

Thanks to the owners for a great vacation. The room was clean when we arrived, and there was great communication with them the whole time. They even bought us pizza one night!

What a view!!

2 Great balconies with good seating to watch the waves roll in. Living area also had ample seating. Hosts were quick to answer questions and easy to work with. Location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants. The parking was easy to access and elevators were quick. Love the seating outside the pool area, too!

Family vacation

My family and I loved our stay here. There was plenty of kid friendly actives and we loved the view we had from our unit. The host was very receptive and accommodating. Would highly recommend booking with them 😊

Amazing!

The property was amazing! Spacious, clean and all the comforts of home. The balconies had great views and the property is in a great location where its close enough to everything but also quite. Property owners were very gracious and took great care of us!!

View Well Worth It!!

Overall amazing experience with this property. The owners were super easy to get ahold of and helpful while there. Location of the property is amazing. Close to everything! Condo suited us well for our group. The kids room was a little tight, but it served it’s purpose! House was filled with little extras that made the stay super enjoyable. Would definitely come back!!

Close to shops

Had a great time and everyone was so nice and friendly. Close to EVERYTHING we needed. Could take short walk to pier and shops. The condo was amazing very nice balcony all 5 of us could play card games at night and look at the ocean. Thanks Mary and Dave.

Myrtle Beach

We were there for a birthday celebration. The view was beautiful. Every morning the sunrise was amazing. There was a small issue with the garbage disposal but the owners were quick to have it fixed. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. I would book again at this location. Mary & Dave were great.

Nice view

Has a wonderful view, however… Dryer did not work, was told all week maintenance was coming to fix and they never did, the outlet in the bedroom is shorted out. I don’t think we will book again, considering we paid over 2,000 for this and it wasn’t worth it. The 3rd bedroom is more of a closet, kids didn’t have any room, and the tv did not work

Million dollar view and location

Everything was as expected and more the place was easy to find and plenty of room for everyone. Was one of the better vacations I have had.

Palms 301 Myrtle Beach

Owners were nice and allowed us to check in early and checkout late. Property was what is said, a 3 bedroom 2 batch condo on the beach in Myrtle Beach. The beach was great and a short walk from the property. The pool was perfect as well. The major issue with our stay was that the bedroom closest to the door, with one bed, had a major leak in the ceiling. On the second night, as we put our son to bed, he called out to us a couple minutes later with the statement of “It’s raining on my head!” We saw the leak and it was large. It was apparent that the leak was old because of an old perimeter stain. The ceiling leaked for four days soaking the bed and The pillows. The next morning, another leak sprang from over the window and the walls soaked up all the water. The room began to smell of dirty water with a hint of mold. Also, the master bedroom shower clogged and we could not use it for 2 days. They had to send out a plumber. Also, the washer machine broke and they had to send out a repair man. The dryer does not work well and you need to dry one load for a couple hours to completely dry. The property is perfect for bEach goers and is priced well. It just needs to be updated.

Easy access, easy entry, easy parking

The overall process from booking to arrival and departure was fantastic. Plenty of parking across the street. Lots of spacious room in the unit with two king size rooms. The third room is small as others have indicated but it worked for us. Loved the two very accessible balconies with plenty of seating along with the small Juliet one on front of building. The unit was clean and well supplied with the essentials and plenty of towels. We did utilize the laundry during our stay. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. It is a very good location for teens as they can walk to a lot of activities and food. Seemed to be very safe for them. The beach access is literally a two minute walk. Plenty of outside seating. Plus a nice lounge area in the lobby area. Impressed with cleanliness of the main areas and elevator.

Amazing

I have so many wonderful things to say about this experience. We walked in and felt like we had found our home away from home. It was clean and bright, everything was in working order, all the amenities of home in a beautiful location. The beach was right there and easy to access. One of our highlights was drinking coffee watching the sun rise on the balcony while the dolphins swam by.

Great Get Away!

Me and my husband had a wonderful weekend. The ocean views from the condo were gorgeous and the sound of the waves crashing to the surface were soothing. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. They even had beach chairs and mats in the closet! We will definitely be back!

Our first visit to Myrtle Beach was a case of mistaken identity. I thought it was famous for something else, but when we arrived, we fell in love. We felt at home from that first visit.
We purchased our condo about 4 years ago and have been making upgrades as we can.
We like to think our beach home is similar to the beach, it's never exactly the same each time we come back to it.
We hope that you feel welcome and at home in our beach home.

We fell in love with this property because every box was checked. We wanted ocean front, check;We wanted an ocean front master bedroom, check; We wanted enough room for our family, check; We wanted 2 bathrooms, check; We wanted a kitchen and in-room laundry, check and check. When we saw the amazing views from the windows we said "million dollar view" and then we made it happen.
