We have stayed at Melinda’s condo several times and it’s always a great experience! My family and I always enjoy staying there. Clean, roomy and a great location. Melinda is a great host!

We have chosen to stay in this condo for several years running because of the location, amenities, incredible sunrise views, clean beaches and excellent communications with the host. We plan to be back again next year.

Great location right on the beach with quiet and respectful neighbors. We had some technical difficulties with the smart lock and lockbox when we were checking in, but the host and onsite maintenance person were helpful and responsive. The rental had everything we needed to be comfortable. The storage closet with beach umbrellas and chairs we could borrow was a plus.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with pots / pans / dishes and anything elseyou could need to make a meal aside from groceries. Prime location. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect vacation spot for a summer send off! The condo was immaculately clean, 100% ready for my family, and fully stocked with everything kitchen gear and plenty of towels! The view of the ocean is stunning and the deck was the perfect place for your morning coffee and to wind down your evening. The pool was also super clean and a lot of fun for when it was too hot to sit at the beach! The host was super communicative and easy to get ahold of if needed. Cant wait to come back! P.S. a GREAT location for the kids!

Loved our stay and would definitely recommend and go back! Location is excellent, condo is very comfortable and convenient - walking distance to some nice restaurants and very easy access to beach. Definitely recommend! Owner communication was great before our stay and for questions.

Our second stay here & won’t be our last. Very clean, well appointed, great location (easy to get in & out) close to everything but quiet & private at the same time. Awesome ocean front view!

This was a great find! The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The ocean view from the room was beautiful as well. The location was perfect, parking was easy and the host was very accommodating. I would love to stay here again.

Very good experience. Easy access to the beach. Relaxing environment and no disturbance from other guests. Even the repair workers were nice and finished the job efficiently.

We've always stayed at Surf Harbor over the years and love the location. This was our first time in this unit and it was excellent. The temps over the 4th were very hot and humid and this unit's A/C kept the temp nice and cool. The appliances were also newer and worked very well (sometimes fridges have trouble keeping things cool enough and this one did an excellent job). The balcony is one of the nicest - with plenty of seating. Beds were comfortable. Loved being on the first floor - not as many stairs to navigate. Host did a great job of communicating. Highly recommend this property!

We had such an amazing week at this immaculate condo cozy and stylish condo! The host Melinda thought of every detail for a no fuss vacation! Literally steps from beach! Morning coffee on the porch and wine at night all while watching the ocean! We will definitely be back for another visit !

The condo was right on the beach with a great view of the seabirds and dolphins. Furnishings and linens were clean and comfortable. We stayed at two different condos belonging to the same owner who was responsive to our questions and couldn’t have been nicer.
