Amazing remodeled Beach Bungalow with brand new air conditioning!! Only 40 steps from the beach, enjoy the third-story rooftop patio with 360 view including Pacific Beach, La Jolla and the bay. Take it all in as you cook on your outdoor gas barbecue.
Steps away from beautiful Mission Beach and close to the bay. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have queen-sized beds. New sectional couch with pull out sleeper. New stainless steel appliances. Large new 55" 4K TV in living room, TV's in each bedroom. Washer dryer in unit. New high end stone counter top through out. Free wireless high speed internet. There is designated parking in the garage directly next to the unit. DOGS ARE PERMITTED w/ Owner approval (a pet fee is charged). Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups wine glasses, etc... well stocked. Best location because we are one house from boardwalk so you get the views without the massive number of people walking in front of your home. Steps away from the bayside. Stroll down to Belmont Park, Mission Beach's amusement park full of Fun and activities for all. Also very close to restaurants, bars, shops and the Crystal Pier. Best value in San Diego's beautiful Mission / Pacific Beach.

Great location, easy to find with clear directions for check in, parking, etc. The rooftop is a nice bonus to hang out and get some ocean air without others distracting

Stayed with my husband for my birthday. Had a great stay. Wonderful location. Walking distance to the beach (literally crawling distance haha), many yummy restaurants, amusement park, shops, etc. Garage was a huge plus. (Parking included is a make or break for us). Rooftop access was nice. Beds are comfy, house was clean, two air conditioners that work great (one located upstairs, the other one is downstairs). Washer and dryer in garage (we didn't need to use though). Highly recommend this house!

It is in a great location, one thing to note is the parking, if you do not have a small suv or small sedan you’ll be playing the street parking game plus the street sweepers, but we knew going in we probably wouldn’t fit in the garage but did not realize the extreme parking game we’d have play we will definitely stay again.

We had a great vacation! Amazing location with so much to do without driving. Loved the rooftop deck after a long day at the beach. Fausto was great and provided everything we needed. We hope to come back soon!

What a great spot, secure garage parking for our rental car, we were able to walk to some great food spots and amazing coffee from Better Buzz. Not to mention around the corner from the beach and jogging/walking area..This home is centrally located to all things san diego and a short under hour distance to the Safari Park and Legoland. The rooftop deck was great to enjoy the fresh air and relax. We would definitely book again! Thanks for the memories

The condo is in a fantastic location and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, a couple aspects of the listing did not match our experience.The rooftop BBQ was highlighted as an amenity, so we purchased nearly 100 worth of meat, only to find that the BBQ was completely rusted and very run-down and only two burners were working . The dishwasher was also unusable due to a significant mold issue, and the kitchen sponge was visibly dirty and mildewed. Pictures included.We were also disappointed by the advertised “deep clean.” While the condo appeared generally tidy, the heavy dust on the ceiling fans suggested that a more thorough cleaning was needed. Not necessarily the "deep" clean as advertised.The garage is another area where clearer expectations would help, as it is quite narrow and best suited to a compact vehicle. Again great to have a parking spot, but would have been good to know the size limitations.Overall, the location is excellent, and with a few simple improvements—or more accurate listing descriptions—the property could provide a better experience for future guests.

Hi Christi thanks for staying in our home. I willl definitely look into all these items. We replace the bbq once a year and sounds like we are at the point where that needs to be replaced. The dishwasher may also need to be replaced and I will also look into that. As far as cleaning goes we are always willing to ask cleaners to come back and address any issues. I will talk to them about dust and dirty sponges. Thank you and safe travels!

Beach was totally obstructed parking was not safe. No broom to sweep up sand. No wash cloths or bathmat ( very slippery tub). Mattress in large room totally broke down as well as the couch. Only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 2 older women.

This place is just steps to the beach!! Great location and cute little place with a fun roof too with a grill and table all set up!! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little getaway for the family

This was a great place to stay. Its right by the beach and had a really nice private rooftop patio which we used when we were not at the beach.

We had a great week and felt the accommodations worked great for our family of 4. The place is clean and well cared for. We used the bikes provided and rented kids bikes down the road. Our kids used the sand toys and boogie boards all week. The area feels safe and easily accessible! We enjoyed dinners on the rooftop as well as walkable restaurants. We did notify the owner that the front mattress could use an upgrade which he said he would address promptly. Overall we were very happy with our stay! -one tip worth noting-there is a hose in the garage that hooks up to the outdoor faucet, this would have been good to know at the beginning of the week as we were managing a lot of sand with the kids!

Great beach house

Family visit to San Diego. This house was a great location to enjoy the beach and also a short drive to downtown. Love the rooftop patio in the morning.

Loved the location of this property! Close to so many great restaurants and very close to the ocean! The rooftop patio was great! We did not use the washing machine or cook in the kitchen so I can’t comment on the use of those items.

Girls Trip

Location was easy access to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Could not figure out how to use the coffeemaker and the wifi was not strong.
