Updated fully furnished 2 bedroom heated lakefront cottage on McCrossen Lake, Waupaca Chain O'Lakes. Slleeps 6. Quiet dead-end road with beautiful towering white pines. Enjoy boating, swimming and fishing on slow no-wake McCrossen Lake. Renowned for its crystal clear water, the 24 spring fed lakes of the Chain O'Lakes have been called the Killarneys of America. Ideal for paddle-boarding, kayaking, or a cruise on a pontoon boat, sailing and water-skiing. Large dock with swimming raft . We provide blankets and pillows, bring your own sheets and towels. accommodates boat parking and great swimming. Solid sand-bottom swimming area with a sand beach for the little ones to play on. Just 2 hours north of Milwaukee and 4 hours north of Chicago area.

There is a fire pit ready for s'mores and relaxing in the evening, weber grills for cooking out, and lawn chairs. Close to restaurants, boat liveries and shopping. Near Hartman Creek State Park, and Turners Farm Market where you can purchase fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Don't forget to try their famous corn on the cob.

Cozy Cabin

This lovely cabin was just right for 2 couples going to the Chain O' Lakes Blues Festival. We enjoyed staying there very much.

Property was pet friendly, family friendly, and provided everything we needed. Nancy, our hostess, was fabulous. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great place to relax and use the beautiful chain o' lakes!

Nice amenities, with great swim area and dock space. We had a relaxing time and found the cottage to be well equipped. Great location on the chain!

Great lake view. We watched the sun set on the lake and then started a fire in the fire pit. Just beautiful and very relaxing place. The unit was clean and everything worked. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

Cottage by the Lake

This little cottage had exactly what I wanted, a great view of the lake and a place to tie up the boat. This little cottage has such a nice charm to it. Our children visited and siad it was charming!

Beautiful view with plenty of amenities

Cute 4 unit cottage. The unit we were in slept 4 comfortably and had a pull out couch. Loved our time there

Nancy and AL have a hidden gem. Ideal location and ideal size. Great communication through out our stay. We are already making plans to make this an annual trip. Thank you so much for everything.

Very nice cottage, lovely lake, host very attentive, but for some reason the WiFi didn’t work, but we were on vacation so it helped us disconnect!

Quiet and cozy

Very sweet owner. When we pulled up, I was concerned about the condition of the inside, but after we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised. The cabin was clean and cozy. Plenty of room for our family when we needed to be inside. *only negative, which could have been my fault for not being more thorough while researching lake homes, we did not realize it was a town house set up. We were expecting to be in an actual cabin. Either way, everything worked out and we had a nice time.

Great place!

Beautiful spot on McCrossen Lake! Nice and relaxing sitting on the dock watching kayakers and paddle boarders go by. Enjoyed our stay!

Nice Cottage

We had a very nice stay with a great view of the lake. They had a lot of nice chairs on the pier and outside the back door for sitting outside. Our dogs spent endless hours hunting fish and frogs on the pier and shoreline. There was a good sandy area for kids to play in and walk around in the water without hurting your feet. We even found a good spot for our tandem kayak, so we could just jump into it everyday and go kayaking. We had several awesome resturuants and state park within 10-15 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay.

HGTV meets up north WI

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cabin was comfortable, clean, updated and tastefully decorated without losing any rustic charm. Fantastic view of the lake only a few steps from our back porch. Hope to be back next year to watch some more amazing sunrises!
