This charming Townhouse offers a short walk to the
Beach & features 3 Bedrooms & 3 1/2 Baths. Guests of
302 Tennismaster can look forward to relaxing in the
spacious Living Room outfitted with a Flat Screen TV or
you may choose to spend your evenings enjoying the
fresh air from your Private Screened Porch which
overlooks the on site Pool.

The Pool is just steps away plus there are miles of Bike
Paths that wind their way past Live Oak trees draped
with Spanish Moss plus Lagoons where you will find
Alligators basking in the sunshine & Snowy Egrets
perched in the treetops.

This two story Townhouse is ideal for Beach Lovers and
for those Golfers in the family; there are 3 Golf Courses
within Shipyard Plantation.

Very Nice Stay

Location of villa was wonderful! Close to all things! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped! Unit could use some bathroom upgrades and nicer bedding Overall a very nice stay!

Great condo!

Wonderful condo in a great location. Walking distance to the tennis courts and the Sonesta hotel. The condo is in wonderful shape and is extremely clean.

The walls are paper thin, when the residents beside went up and down the stairs inside - you can forget sleeping. Day one/ the ceiling fan on the screened in porch fell on top of me and the glass shattered allover me. (The fan was not running when this happened).Maintenance had to come day 2, when we arrived the main bathroom commode did not flush and one of the upstairs showers did not work. The laundry room doors were broken, the only thing upgraded is the master bath. Everything else needs a major overhaul. The couch smelled like urine.The location was as described and it was a quick walk to the pool and nice bike ride to beach.The outside was nice, inside needs updated bad.They do not answer emails on the weekend so don’t even try to reach them. Felt more like a place in Myrtle Beach, not in Shipyard on HHI. Disappointed-

The place is good size but very outdated. Clean enough but walls are too thin. Too much noise from the neighbors . Trouble sleeping because it was too loud

Nice Location

Nice location. 8 minute walk to the beach. We rented bikes which was nice to bike to ice cream and shops about 1.3 miles away. Pool is right outside the door unfortunately it was one of the last pools still closed at the resort, we found that out on our own so maybe check on status of pool as no one reached out to us which was disappointing. The cleanliness of the place absolutely leaves room for improvement. Wet washcloth in a ball and flosser sticks found in the bathtub and food found in the lip of the bed frame on two beds. Crusted food was also found on the counters and tables.

Tennis master 302

Nice but needs a lot of updates. Not enough dressers so we lived out of suitcases. Not enough matching plates and bowls to feed 8 people. Refrigerator freezer was not clean at all. Master bathroom was gross. But I love the area so we made the best of it.

The condo was fine but it could be a lot better if it was updated.

We have pic’s of mold and rust that could have easily been addressed. The hot water didn’t work in the master bedroom, there was lipstick on the pillow case and confetti around the end table. The outside deck was dirty, the cushions needed cleaning, the washer and dryer worked but barely. It was a pretty condo just needed some work to make it into a really nice place. Would I stay there again, no. We did have fun and enjoyed our trip but it could have been better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a great size for five of us - plenty of space. The screened in porch was great to enjoy day or evening. I was pleasantly surprised at the noise level as I was concerned going in. You can hear the ones next to you (if you have loud neighbors) but generally speaking it was nice. Great location within complex as the pool is out the back door. There were a few light bulbs that needed changing but nothing critical. Screen door to patio could use some WD40 or tuneup. Overall this was a fine rental.

Great location, ample space, don’t stay here if you want to cook in the kitchen.

The property was well stocked with towels, Dish soap, hand soap, some toiletries and toilet paper. This was great! The space was well designed and ample room for my husband and I and our 4 young adult children. The big negative was the available utensils in the kitchen. If you are planning on cooking in, I would unfortunately not choose this particular unit of 302 Tennismaster again. There were only 2 spoons, 6 forks and absolutely no knives that could cut a pepper let alone a carrot. Pots and pans were ok. Finally, the unit next door was very loud. Walls are thin. Shape up the cutlery and the place is a great choice.

Great location, townhouse needs some work

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Tennis Master for the last 5 years. This was our first stay at this home. We always get a three bedroom that backs up to the pool. This is a great location but this townhouse needs a few upgrades; starting with the master bed. The mattress is thin and horrible. The bedding was dated and pillows were plastic covered and flat. There are few pots/pans/serving bowls. The cleaning crew didn't appear to have done more than a basic clean throughout. It's time for a deep clean. Lastly, when a family goes on vacation I don't think they should be expected to purchase all cleaning supplies. I'm sure previous families have and the crew takes them versus leaving them so the counters, sinks, tables can be wiped down. All in all, I would give this condo a 2.5 out of 5 stars. We probably will not stay - considering we paid over $2400 for the week and family a few doors down were about $500 less.

Good and not so good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 stayed here for our vacation. There were some great things about this place, and some not so great things.The postives:Great location on the island. Great location next to the pool, which was never too loud or overcrowded.Plenty of beds to accommodate our large family.All the kitchen utensils you could ever need.New, efficient washer/dryer.Full bathrooms attached to each bedroom and a half bath.Designated parking spots for 2 cars.The negatives:Upon arrival there was used cotton swabs left on the bathroom floor and counter. A half used roll of toilet paper was still on. These were not issues that we felt warranted a call to the cleaning crew. We just threw them away, but it was kind of gross to come in to used toiletries.There were also some towels left out that did not seem like they were cleaned very well. Again, not a huge issue, we just put that one to the side and used the other towels.The trash can in the kitchen could definitely stand to be cleaned. The inside of it was full of spills and smelled awful upon our arrival. I know trashcans get dirty, but this one could use a good bleaching.While there were plenty of bathrooms, the shower heads could use a major update. They did provide what seemed like an infinite supply of hot water, which was great. What they did not provide was any water pressure. I think these were installed when this place was built.We greatly appreciated how many beds were in this villa. What left a lot to be desired were the mattresses on them. Our entire family, kids included, spent the week with sore necks and backs. No one got good rest because the mattresses are awful. Even the mattress on the mini crib, which we were extremely grateful for, was terrible.So, overall, this place provided adequate space for our large family and had a great location. We didn't mind that it was a somewhat older unit, but it could use some updates and more attention t

There were plenty of beds for our family. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was getting warm/hot water in the master bath. We had to run water at least 3-4 minutes before we would start to get any warm water. We first thought we did not have any hot water but ran it long enough to finally get the warm/hot water.

A great retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a great location. We rented it for our daughter and we were nearby in Evian. The layout was wonderful and just a couple minutes by bike to the beach. With a large covered front porch, and a screened back porch, a deck and balconies off the bedrooms, it was a great layout. The cozy breakfast table and dinning room were just right. The desk area in the kitchen was useful. Will definitely consider it again.It was clean upon arrival!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location. Lots of room. Sea turtle staff were very helpful and easily accessible. The unit,(kitchen, bathrooms, and showers are in need of updating. The kitchen cabinets need repair. There were plenty of dishes and utensils. We were there for a month and could have used more linens. Outdoor furniture was dirty and we cleaned them up. Rainspouts need cleaning. Also, you are able to hear the people in the neighboring units. Would recommend if updated.

What a Disappointment

Reviewer Comments: Sea Turtle Getaways are aware that we were not happy with this unit. It's not what it appears to be. The unit was so dirty that I had to clean it with Lysol and Bleach. The oven looks like it's never been cleaned. The master bath had mold. The sofa was covered in sand. There is more that I could add, but I think you'll get the idea.
