Townhouse Tennis #17 is a nicely decorated end unit townhome. Guests feel right at home on the island with this open floor plan & 2 story layout. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. Beautiful golf views, quiet townhome, perfect for relaxing, riding your bike or playing tennis. This home has a king in the upstairs master, another king in the downstairs master, a queen bed in third bedroom plus a twin bed in the upstairs bonus room. Shipyard is a gated community and this townhouse is just inside the Pope Avenue entrance. Beach parking is available within Shipyard Plantation at the Shipyard Beach Club. Take advantage of the bike/leisure trails that wind throughout Shipyard. Guests enjoy easy access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Sonesta oceanfront resort. Those choosing to relax closer to home enjoy the lagoon and golf course view from the first floor patio or the secluded on-site swimming pool. For avid tennis players, Townhouse Tennis III has private courts for the sole use of owners and their guests. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play.

Great visit w family that lives in Bluffton

Perfect retreat for a family of five after Christmas. Very Clean but a lingering ammonia smell stayed for a couple of days. We opened the doors and it cleared up. Comfortable Beds and furniture. Bigger bath towels would be nice. Communication w management was great. Thanks!

Dryer broken

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Adequate stay. Overpaid for location and amenities. Dryer did not function. It was badly needed but was useless. Requested a credit, but so far was not honored.

Great stay! Just one issue about Lyft

The place was very awesome! We loved the view on the patio and all the nature. Our one complaint would be not knowing about Lyft being allowed in the neighborhood, it’s strictly just Uber and Uber eats. We enjoyed our stay and will totally consider again.

Great Stay

This was a great house, area was super nice. you would have to drive to the beach as it’s about 1.5miles away. However it is a private beach with parking, you get 2 parking passes that let you park near it. My family & I would come back!

Great Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautifully decorated and was located on the golf course but also convenient to the beach with private access for the community. It is accurately described and well maintained which provided many opportunities for rest and relaxation.There are many restaurants located close to the property for when you choose to go out to eat. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

June stay with friends

Really enjoyed the property. Had an issue with shower and dryer not working. Repair man was there within 20 minutes to fix it!

Quick Trip to Hilton Head

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the back patio very much. The location is great...close to the bike path which we used a lot and easy to come and go in the car. We could have easily stayed there much longer! Our only issue was the dryer didn't work but luckily we had only washed one load.

Would definitely book again!

The property had such a great open layout for our group. Close access to the bike paths and an easy bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful back patio with lots of seating and the covered parking was plus. Very clean and check in process was so simple.

Shipyard townhouse

Nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, lots of thoughtful extras that made it feel like home. Extra supplies, games, towels, pillows, blankets, a rollaway bed and cozy throws made accomodating 2 adults and 4 teens easy. Plenty of parking, an enclosed courtyard, large patio with tons of seating, some beach toys and chairs made the house comfortable and spacious. Excellent quiet location, great view of the golf course, easy access to a pool and tennis courts, and walking distance to bustling Coligny Plaza. Our teens were busy all day long with rental bikes, nearby beach access, and all the sports they wanted. We love the safe environment and friendly people. While there were a few small maintenance problems, the maintenance men came immediately and resolved everything. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

This was our first time not staying on the beach in HHI, but we were pleasantly surprised by how much we loved this place! Rooms were a nice size, beds comfy, beautifully decorated, and a great homey/beachy/HHI feel. The back patio has such a relaxing view that I'm afraid to even let everyone know about it here. Relaxing, swing view of the golf course over a large, shaded backyard was the perfect spot to chill during kid's naps. Very happy with our stay!

HH 2023 Family Trip

This was our third time having HH as our family vacation. Very pleased with all aspects of our accommodations as well as the Seashore Vacations staff. Have stayed in 2 other properties and this was my favorite. Didn’t know there was a swimming pool 50 steps from our door until we arrived but was pleasantly surprised about that as well. And, this property could technically be classified as a four bedroom place by counting the small room with the twin bed. Again, overall very pleased all around!

Perfect layout for our family

We enjoyed watching the turtles, blue herons, and gators. The property location was great for being pretty central to everything. We felt so at home that it has us wanting to live on the island. It’s very relaxing!

Great Thanksgiving in Hilton Head

Great view of the golf course and easy walk to shops and restaurants at Cologny Plaza. The thing I love about Shipyard is that it is much quieter than other plantations. You can enjoy the beauty of Hilton Head without the hustle and bustle of traffic, noise and too much traffic.
