Townhouse Tennis #17 is a nicely decorated end unit townhome. Guests feel right at home on the island with this open floor plan & 2 story layout. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. Beautiful golf views, quiet townhome, perfect for relaxing, riding your bike or playing tennis. This home has a king in the upstairs master, another king in the downstairs master, a queen bed in third bedroom plus a twin bed in the upstairs bonus room. Shipyard is a gated community and this townhouse is just inside the Pope Avenue entrance. Beach parking is available within Shipyard Plantation at the Shipyard Beach Club. Take advantage of the bike/leisure trails that wind throughout Shipyard. Guests enjoy easy access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Sonesta oceanfront resort. Those choosing to relax closer to home enjoy the lagoon and golf course view from the first floor patio or the secluded on-site swimming pool. For avid tennis players, Townhouse Tennis III has private courts for the sole use of owners and their guests. **TENNIS COURTS WILL BE CLOSED AUGUST 2025 FOR MAINTENANCE** The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play.

Spacious property, great layout. Close to pool and clay tennis courts. Drive to beach club not bad and while I think parking could be an issue for some, it was not for us.Kitchen and bathrooms were fine as were washer and dryer. All could be updated, but perfectly fine as is. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing

A great place to stay. Close to golf all over hilton head and actually on a course. We could watch out our back patio! Close to pool and beach, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Everybody had their own room and bathroom. It was just perfect. Perfect!Wourecommend!!

Beautiful condo with a pristine nature view

Enjoyed our lovely stay in Shipyard! Large rooms with great closets and nice open living area that had lots of sunshine coming in when blinds were open in the mornings. Beds were comfy and large with the exception to the extra room that has a kids-size bed. Neighborhood was very quite and safe. Well stocked kitchen and lots of pots, pans & silverware. There were stains on some of the comforters but they were quickly changed out. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and lotion, as only the soap, wascloths and towels were provided. With family there, we loved the 3 bathrooms and all were equipped with showers. All appliances worked well. Little disappointed in the additional 35 parking fee for more than 1 car AND, though we had to pay more for the other 2 cars, they were not allowed to park at the beach access parking. All in All it was a very nice condo with cute & comfortable decor allowing us to have a fabulous week!

Great visit w family that lives in Bluffton

Perfect retreat for a family of five after Christmas. Very Clean but a lingering ammonia smell stayed for a couple of days. We opened the doors and it cleared up. Comfortable Beds and furniture. Bigger bath towels would be nice. Communication w management was great. Thanks!

Great stay! Just one issue about Lyft

The place was very awesome! We loved the view on the patio and all the nature. Our one complaint would be not knowing about Lyft being allowed in the neighborhood, it’s strictly just Uber and Uber eats. We enjoyed our stay and will totally consider again.

Great Stay

This was a great house, area was super nice. you would have to drive to the beach as it’s about 1.5miles away. However it is a private beach with parking, you get 2 parking passes that let you park near it. My family & I would come back!

Would definitely book again!

The property had such a great open layout for our group. Close access to the bike paths and an easy bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful back patio with lots of seating and the covered parking was plus. Very clean and check in process was so simple.

Dryer broken

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Adequate stay. Overpaid for location and amenities. Dryer did not function. It was badly needed but was useless. Requested a credit, but so far was not honored.

Great Hilton Head Vacation - Perfect Location

Beautiful house, beautiful view!

House was very clean. 4 bedrooms were great, everyone had their own space. Back patio view of lagoon and golf course was incredible. Back patio was nice and relaxing. Living room and tv was very nice. Kitchen and dining area was very good and spacious. Pool was a short walk. Beach was a nice bike ride and a short drive. All that being said unfortunately the management company that managed our vacation was not a company that we would ever book a vacation with again. They took all the personable transactions we always had with the owners, into strictly business. We met the house cleaner at the villa. She was so nice and professional. She asked if we were checking in. We told her yes, she said great I’ll take care of your villa first and do your neighbors next, since they weren’t there yet. Went to lunch, came back and started to bring our luggage up to the Villa. When the evil Lenny the inspector showed up and yelled at us for being on premise, he was a complete jerk. He told us we weren’t allowed to be here and that it would be several hours before you could get in. And he wasn’t even that nice about it. We have vacationed in Shipyard for many years and always dealt with the owners , never a management company. Well never again. They also didn’t provide any beach chairs or umbrellas. Which other owners always had something. BBQ was a charcoal bbq. Which of course having not used a charcoal grill since the 70’s was a little rusty. It didn’t work out. Every other villa we’ve stayed in had gas grill. Which was great for quick grilling burgers and steaks. When I called the company about beach chairs and umbrellas. They told me they they just throw everything left by other renters in the garbage. Why?!!! Why not leave something if there usable. This was a beautiful Villa, but I will never rent it again because of the management company. Seashore Vacations. Stay away from management companies, just rent through the owners themselves. They treat you more like family , rather then like a hotel guest.

Great Vacation Spot

Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautifully decorated and was located on the golf course but also convenient to the beach with private access for the community. It is accurately described and well maintained which provided many opportunities for rest and relaxation.There are many restaurants located close to the property for when you choose to go out to eat. I would definitely recommend staying here again.
