Hello - you are invited to enjoy our newly renovated Hilton Head Island beach getaway home! The 2 story 2 bedroom villa comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The home is bright, clean and adorable, located in a very quiet neighborhood that has 3 pools and 1 tennis court for you to enjoy! The beach is a short ½ mile walk away, as well as numerous shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. As you enter the ground floor of the property you will immediately notice the bright and breezy feel of your destination. The easy-going elegance of the coastal decor will make you feel right at home! The tile flooring will keep you nice and cool while you enjoy the warmth of the island and the home’s tropical garden views. Also downstairs, you will notice the charmingly shabby chic dining area overlooking the garden patio. Through the sliding doors you may step outside to enjoy rinsing off your beach gear to the sounds of chirping birds and the garden’s splashing water fountains. This villa truly boasts an idyllic location. Don’t forget to come back inside to enjoy the rest of the home, though, because there is a lot more to see! Continuing though the downstairs you will find a cheery sun room to enjoy your morning coffee or to socialize with friends in the evening while entertaining in the fully-stocked galley kitchen. The comfortable daybed in the sun room even has a pull-out trundle and is the perfect way to accommodate an extra guest or two! This room was designed to easily be closed off to both the kitchen and the dining/living room areas in cases where privacy is desired. Otherwise, enjoy it as another comfortable lounging area during your vacation. Proceeding into the kitchen you will find all new (as of Spring 2018) stainless appliances and quartz countertops. We strive to keep our kitchen clean as a whistle and filled with all the utensils, cookware, and serving ware you will need during your stay. As you conclude your downstairs tour you will notice the stack-able washer and dryer, provided for your convenience, and the charming powder room for washing up before dinner! Before you head upstairs, please be sure to notice all the woodworking details we’ve added, like the crisp-white bead board ceiling, chair rail accents, and crown molding. We also hope you will enjoy the custom art created for the home; an ocean-blue hand-blown glass sculpture and a joyous acrylic abstract painting, both from Charleston, SC. There are even more custom details to be enjoyed as you walk up the brightly-lit light oak stair well. Hang your purse, shopping bags, or rest your car keys on the peg board shelf so your hands are free to pick up a good book on the upstairs landing’s book case – there are good reads for young and old! Each of the carpeted bedrooms has gorgeous views of the neighborhood’s courtyard gardens and balcony access. You will sleep soundly in the quiet villa and enjoy the fresh towels and linens provided for your stay. There are 2 full baths upstairs, both completely new showers, toilets, and granite vanity tops as of 2017. We are sure you will find your stay incredibly relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. Amenities include basic cable and wireless internet, smart TVs downstairs in the living/dining room area and in each bedroom.
