If you've been dreaming about an affordable vacation home in Lake Winnipesaukee, then you have come to the right place.
Our three season charming home, located in Gilford, NH across from Glendale Marina at Lake Winnipesaukee is available and affordable for any type of getaway, whether hiking, boating, kayaking, golfing, concert going or just relaxing. You are just minutes away from the action!
Swim at Ellacoya State Park or bring your boat to the slip every day (dock available at Glendale Marina with our Guest Pass for a FEE. ) Our home features two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and spacious living room/kitchen open concept area. The home is fully equipped, including the linens and towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Also includes a washer and dryer...There is a beautiful deck for sitting outside with your morning coffee.
Whether looking for a romantic get-away or a quiet family gathering, this beautifully furnished home accommodates a family of 4 and is perfect for your vacation needs. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, clean, well-equipped home. An excellent environment to relax and enjoy.

Near Weirs Beach activities (10 minutes or less), and short drive to beautiful and scenic towns of Alton Bay, Meredith and Wolfeboro. Many attractions within a car ride - Storyland, Weirs Beach, Hiking, Surf Coaster, Mount Washington Cruises, Meadowbrook Concert Pavilion, Pirate's Cove Mini-Golf, and so much more! Also a short drive from a grocery store, gas station, Walmart, and Tilton Outlets.


Lake Winnipesaukee is the sixth largest natural lake completely inside US borders. It covers 72 square miles, is 28 miles long and 13 miles wide, and has over 230 islands.

Our home is non-smoking and pets are negotiable with an extra security deposit.

There is a $150.00 cleaning fee.

We had the best time at this location for our get a way to the area for a concert. Comfortable, clean, easy access to everything in the area, and in a quiet neighborhood. Loved every minute of our stay. Cheryl is an awesome host. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Great stay - much better than a hotel

Great little manufactured home that is comfy and cozy and well decorated. Perfect spot when you need a reasonably priced place to stay in the Lakes region. Cheryl was very responsive and flexible. Will stay again when visiting family for sure.

Weekend getaway

Perfect home and perfect location. My husband and I were able to explore the area with ease and were able to come back to a cozy home at days end. Would love to make our way back on the future!

Better than Hotel Room

I was traveling with my elderly parents who wanted to visit the area. Was a perfect landing base while we traveled around the lake. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Cheryl was the perfect host for our last minute getaway to Lake Winnipesaukee. Suzy and I loved everything about our stay. The house was clean with comfortable beds and we both enjoyed the best sleep in years! On our first night, we brought home supper from Lanna Thai in Laconia. Magically, Cheryl’s property was located at the end of the rainbow in the attached photo!
Talk about good directions!

Welcoming and cozy home

The property location was a perfect balance. It offered peace and tranquility on a quiet street, within minutes to beaches and the lake with all its surrounding activities. The house was stocked with everything you'd need and had so many inviting personal touches.

The place was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked to know it was in a trailer park. Did not expect neighbors to be so close. We had no trouble and it was quiet. Just didnt expect it. There was no microwave.

Great spot for concert venue!

We enjoyed our stay here! The place was sparkly clean and had enough space for 4 adults. Shower was hot and kitchen mostly stocked, we appreciated the water filter in the fridge as it was so hot and we used it a lot. Our only 2 issues were that its melled of cigarette smoke, especially the towels, and the twin beds in the spare room could use new mattresses. The master bedroom however had a very comfortable mattress. Otherwise this was a great stay and we would stay here again!

Comfortable, Convenient and Spacious!

This cozy and comfortable trailer is well lit, very spacious and so very conveniently located on the main strip in Gilford with quick and easy access to the Lakes Region. The spacious, air conditioned home is on a very quiet street and in a quiet neighborhood and has a full kitchen, two full bed rooms, two nice bathrooms and a comfortable living room. Cheryl the owner was readily available for any questions we had about our stay - she couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating to make our stay the best it could have been. There is not too much of a yard if that is important for your stay, though there is plenty of room for driveway and on-street parking. This is an excellent choice for the modest rental price.

Great access to boat ramp

Location relative to the town boat ramp is very convenient. There were only two of us but plenty of room for more, rooms are more spacious than you can tell from the pictures.

Clean and spacious

We stayed the weekend for a concert at Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion. The home is less than a mile from the venue. Cheryl's home is clean, quiet and homey! We will definetly be back!

Awesome!!

We had the best time in the Lakes Region and the best stay at this cute home. Very warm and inviting, clean and the hostess was so great.

We purchased these two homes back in 2004 where we brought the kids when they were younger, enjoying the cottage year round with swimming and boating in the summer, hiking in the fall and skiing and snowmobiling in the winter months. They have since grown and we decided it was a great time to rent the properties out for the summer and fall months for your family to build memories.

We are located across from Lake Winnipesaukee in a quiet and serene country setting. you'll enjoy the lake life all day and then wind down in the evenings with the gorgeous sunsets.
As well, just a stones throw away, Glendale Marina lets you slip your boat in and out of the lake and it can be docked all day at no charge returning it to our private driveway at the end of a fun day. We're also located just a short drive to the Ellacoya State Park in Gilord and only a few minutes from Weirs Beach and their amenities.

It's all here for your vacation - swimming and water sports, golfing, boating, hiking and all the outdoor activities. Plus, you can enjoy the boutique restaurants, shops, wine bars, and other fine dining.

Meredith and Wolfeboro are close by which offer their own flavors of things to do.

So it 's ALL here - Storyland, Weirs Beach, Hiking, Surf Coaster, Mount Washington Cruises, Meadowbrook Concert Pavilion, Pirate's Cove Mini-Golf, and so much more! Also a short drive from a grocery store, gas station, and Tilton Outlets.
