Our recently re-designed large, bright condo is close to the beach, shopping, cafes, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, and the airport. You’ll love our place because of the quiet location close to all, the comfy beds in 3 large bedrooms, and the chef’s kitchen. The attached garage makes parking and access easy-while the large flatscreen TV’s in each room, fast wifi, appleTV, and BBQ on large deck invites you to stay home, entertain or just relax. We have been residents of Newport Beach for over 30 years, live nearby, and love sharing the local ‘favorites’ with guests. Our place is good for couples trips, wedding guests, business travelers, and families (with kids). NB License: SLP12212

Great spot for a family

We really enjoyed our stay at Phillip's home. He lives in the front unit, so he's right there if you happen to run into any issues. The garage, two bedrooms and and one full bath are downstairs (street level), while the main bedroom, a full bath, one half bath, the living room, dining room and kitchen, are all upstairs. There is also a patio area upstairs as well. The garage is really tight if you have a large vehicle, but it was nice to have that option, even though there is street parking available. It's a short walk to PCH, shops and restaurants. The house was clean and offered us everything that we needed. We will be back. Thank you.

Great Location & Nice Condo

We had everything we needed. Well equipped in every room. Did not have any issues. We had 5 adults staying. We also entertained our son, his wife & 3-year old daughter regularly. Would totally recommend.

Home away from home

Delightfully comfortable house and Phil is a wonderful host. We felt at home immediately. The location is ideal. We really enjoyed the neighborhood. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Corona Del Mar condo

We loved our stay at this very comfortable and well-kept condo in Corona Del Mar. It is in a perfect location so we were able to walk to fashion island, all around Corona Del Mar, and even a two hour hike in Buck Gully. There are many very good restaurants nearby, but the condo also has an excellent kitchen where we could cook our own meals. Overall, we highly recommend this wonderful property.

Great home and location

We’re originally from Newport Beach and come back to visit frequently with our family of 4 children. This home is very well equipped. All the rooms / beds were comfortable and they even have beach chairs, cooler, umbrella etc… and plenty of towels. If you’re not familiar with the area, it really doesn’t get better than this (unless you want beachfront). Walking distance to all the great restaurants and shopping that Corona Del Mar has. Also just a few blocks from some great parks, playgrounds, trails … and of course the beach. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely 3 bedroom condo in the heart of CDM!

We were delighted to see how spacious and light the condo was. The decorating was up to date and the art on the main floor was outstanding. We were very comfortable with 6 adults staying there and had everything we needed including chopsticks, a Keurig and a map of the Newport area. We were convenient to Rose’s bakery for breakfast and Chronic Tacos for lunch. We were there to celebrate our daughters wedding at Five Crown’s (only four blocks away), so it was an easy walk/drive. We would happily return another time to visit with family!

Incredible comfortable and wonderful location

This place was everything we hoped for and more. Spacious, VERY well stocked, clean, and private. Parking was always easy and had it's own garage in case needed. We felt safe and at home throughout our stay! Beautiful neighborhoods made walks outside very enjoyable and the nearby beach was great!

Book It!

This is a great place to stay in so many ways: beautifully furnished, pristine, great location in quiet neighborhood but just a short walk from PCH, kitchen is large with everything one needs to prepare meals, two outdoor areas to relax and soak up the sun, plus host is very responsive and helpful.

Great Get-Away Location

This is my family’s second stay at this home, and for both stays it has not failed to disappoint. All the amenities you would need, great beds and comfortable living conditions. Would recommend this location to all.

Great home in a wonderful location

Our family has stayed here for two times( we missed last year due to Covid) We had a lovely Christmas Eve get together at the house. It has great space foe a gathering of family. Unfortunately due to Covid this year, three people had to leave one or two days early.

Excellent!

This lovely townhouse was perfect for our needs. Two bedrooms and a bath downstairs and the master suite on the main living area (upstairs) gave us plenty of room and privacy. The owner was friendly, welcoming and readily available to answer our questions. Lots of restaurants in the area and a well-equipped kitchen gave us plenty of options for dining in and out. The attached garage was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and great location!

We had a wonderful quick trip to Corona Del Mar. We loved the house, the location was perfect and the neighborhood was so quiet/peaceful. My husband, sister and I are extremely tough critics when it comes to housing and we were 💯 satisfied. In fact, we all agreed that we would come back to this CDM gem. We have been to CDM before and we’re excited to learn the house was within walking distance to our favorite coffee/brunch spot (Zinc) and many other restaurants. The layout was perfect for the 5 of us. It was roomy and everybody had their own space. Phillip was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. He was also accommodating at check-in when our flight times changed significantly and we arrived much earlier than expected. Thank you Phillip!

A great place to stay

Property was clean, well stocked with linens, and had comfortable beds. It is within walking distance of the beach and a short drive from other beaches and hikes. Contacting the property manager was easy and seamless, and responses were always received quickly. Check in and out was super easy. Our kids asked if we could stay here again next year. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great Getaway

This was an amazing property! Perfect for our family reunion. Very well appointed, comfortable, and great location... walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would be happy to recommend this home to family and friends. The owner was always available ,happy to help us and answered all of our questions, too.

Great Location!

Felt like a local with access to the garage. Phillip was friendly and accessable. Home was laid out well. Enjoyed the main living area being upstairs. Construction next door but it never bothered us. Would rent again!

Great spot, great location

Hard to beat flower streets in CdM (where this is located). 3 minute walk to services, 5 minutes to Big and Little Corona. Hard to describe the beauty of Ocean Ave. at sunset if you haven't seen it yourself. Phil is great and responsive and very respectful. Excellent trip.

Grew up in Cupertino, CA & finshed college in San Diego before moving to Newport Beach in 1980. Now married for 30+ years, with 2 grown children and 1 granddaughter. We have lived in this CdM duplex home on an oversized lot (...for this beach area) for over 11 years, and recently completed an extensive remodel to the large 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath rear condo that is being featured on VRBO.
