This is my second home so the place is fully equipped with all the things you need. Walking distance to beach- inspiration point, shops, everything. Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, private huge private patio with outdoor dining, sectional couch, BBQ and fireplace. Bright & open floor plan with high ceilings, recessed lighting, hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms. Enjoy your evenings outdoor with beautiful lighting and romantic fireplace. Living room with fireplace opens to the private patio for entertaining after a fun day at the beach. Master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, balcony, large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, extra large shower for two, walk in closet & double sink. Second bedroom has queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has two full bunk beds. 2nd full bathroom is a jack & jill bathroom between the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. Queen air bed is also available & located in the closet. Washer & dryer located in laundry room by garage. Games available in the living room tv stand storage. Beach toys, wagon, cooler, beach chairs, beach blanket available in garage shelves for you to use. Property has two addresses 720 1/2 Marigold & 3401 5th Ave

We stayed here for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend! It was so nice to have us all together! It was pricey but what isn’t down by the beach during the summer.

This was a very nice home, located within reasonable walking distance to most anything you would need for a fun beach holiday. The home has a private patio which was very nice for socializing and enjoying the beautiful weather of the area. Small touches, like blowdryers, steamer and beach chairs were a nice touch.

A very convenient location and very appropriate home for our surplus out of state guests. They enjoyed the location to walk to PCH for breakfast and on to beach. Also the house properly accommodated all appreciative family guests. Thank you to host for being so attentive and helpful. I recommend this lodging in Newport Beach!

The upstairs bedroom are as described. The patio is in rough shape. Most of the furniture was broken, ripped and filthy which made the patio mostly unusable which was disappointing since it was part of the draw.The location is great - walkable to the beach and many restaurants.

Beautiful neighborhood and close to the beach. We attended a family wedding while in town and the property was well stocked and had everything we needed. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Great walkable location and very comfortable home…. Easy to walk to town, for dinner and to beach! Home is as described… we had a great time and would rent it again!

Nice Stay

Very nice rental located conveniently located to everything in CDM. A bit of street noise from 5th street but not a problem. Would stay there again.

Quick family getaway

Our family of 6 took a quick getaway from Utah because we love the beach. The house had everything we needed and more. We all slept so comfortably and really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and can’t wait to come back.

Great location

Really enjoyed our last minute stay at Theo property. We were looking for a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We were able to walk to the beach several times and to great restaurants. Beds were comfy and the home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Corona del Mar Getaway

Perfect house for our five adults in a very quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to walk down to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to CDM or New Port Beach.
