Overall the house was great. Check in was a little chaotic as I had to call for room code and it was after 4:00. Property also didn’t have access to the hot tub and that was one reason we booked this property. Overall would recommend .

Great property, exactly as described.

My family enjoyed this property. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bus is convenient and we enjoyed the games that were provided.

Steamboat Ski Trip

Greta place to stay. Accurate with the description and the bedrooms are nice. The shuttle service is a phenomenal amenity that drives exactly to where you need them to for pick up / drop off during the winter season by requesting on an app.

Enjoyable

Property met our needs for a ski vacation. Only complaint is that the gas grill needs some maintenance.

Perfect Little Place

If you want a nice stay in a clean and cozy apartment look no further. Also the shuttle access as part of the rental was a big plus. Not only would they take you to the slopes and back again but also into town and night and pick you back up after your meal or happy hour. Overall a very nice place.

Fun place for a large family

We had a great time here. The Retreatia shuttle was great and the walk to the City shuttle was just a few minutes. Not even bad in 15-degree weather! The Retreatia staff were very helpful and responsive.

Great Place

Plenty of room, well stoke with the basics, really liked the heated garage. We could keep all our equipment/apparel outside and would be dry in the morning.

Run down appliances, oven didn’t work, refrigerator lights flickered, dishwasher track was busted. Was very convenient to get to skiing, provided games were fun, bed sheets felt like I was in a hospital

I’m sorry the appliances and linens fell short — specifically the oven not working, flickering refrigerator lights, a broken dishwasher track, and uncomfortable sheets. I’ve passed these items to the homeowner and our maintenance team so they can inspect and repair or replace as needed and look into upgraded bedding. Wonderful stay in Winter Wonderland

This beautiful property is very near the base of Steamboat ski resort, you can drive or take the free bus. My son even walked once. It is extremely clean, well maintained, very roomy (space for six or more adults) and was very well stocked. We really loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

Nice place, plenty of room!

Overall great place with plenty of room. We had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Only item I could mention is that the carpet near the kitchen was soiled as the garage receptacles were there.

Excellent place to stay

The check in process is different from others. You have to pick up the keys from a different location then the property. The shuttle system makes this place. It allowed us to park the cars and not worry about transportation.

Great stay

Could use more dishware and Silverware. Cookware was nice. Games and puzzles were a nice touch. Boot dryer came in handy. The resort could do a better job routing buses but the stop was convenient to the condo.

Nice place

Nice property. Loved the shuffle board. Good location, short bus ride to skiing. Nice boot drier and places to hang ski equipment in the garage. Garage won't quite fit a full size pickup
