The nearby large smart TV is perfectly positioned for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.



Flowing gracefully from the living room, you'll find yourself in the dining area, where memories await to be made over delightful meals. Adjacent is the expansive kitchen, which not only boasts modern appliances but also comes equipped with everything you'd need to whip up a grand feast. For your convenience, the main floor also houses a half bathroom, ensuring guests have easy access, and the in-unit washer and dryer make any laundry tasks a breeze.



Venture upstairs to discover the sleeping quarters. Bedroom 1 is a sanctuary in itself, featuring a luxurious king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a spacious walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace for those moments when work calls. Parking is straightforward, with space for one vehicle directly in front of the garage door and another space within the garage itself. And for the serenity of all guests, we kindly ask that quiet hours be observed from 9 PM to 10 AM.
