The 3 spacious bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms with amenities and individual air conditioning units ensuring maximum comfort for guests. The comfortable, Island-inspired furniture and cathedral ceilings in the great room create a perfect retreat for gathering after a day at the beach. The kitchen features a gourmet coffee station, full-sized appliances, and outdoor grill- perfect for chef-inspired Al Fresco dining on the spacious veranda. Off street parking with outdoor shower and private, gated-entrance ensure peace of mind as you enjoy your stay. Our dedicated team of caretakers are available to answer questions. Our cleaning crew has BEST-IN-CLASS standards of cleanliness and professionalism. For the ultimate experience of stress-free island life, we can even stock the Villa prior to arrival with provisions from the islands Gourmet Markets (arranged with additional cost by our team). Hello! We are Michele and Spencer. We are excited to share our love of travel and the unique paradise that is St Thomas with guests that visit us at our Tropical Palm Villa. We fell in love with St. Thomas on our 5 year wedding anniversary trip in 2014 when we stayed at a beautiful villa on the south side of the island. Ever since then we have been searching for a way to make our dream of owning a villa in paradise a reality, and it has finally happened!

So how did we fall in love with Tropical Palm Villa? Ahh... let me count the ways! Perhaps it was the mature palm trees waving in the breeze... or the infinity pool overlooking the ocean... maybe it was the incredible construction of the Villa with private bathrooms in EACH bedroom... it was certainly all those things BUT... what really makes this place special is the LOCATION. Many villas on St. Thomas have views of the ocean, some have views of islands and the ocean, very few have views of the US and British Virgin Islands, and there's only a couple houses perched at the top of Emerald hill that capture ALL of these ingredients in one paradise-packed Villa. The view of the islands bobbing away in the distance is one of the most truly mesmerizing panoramas we have seen in the entire world. We hope you get a chance to see for yourself!
