Here at The Bright House, we want all our guests to feel safe and comfortable one block from the beach and walkway to all! A fence completely encloses the property, and our large backyard is filled with trees, plants, and flowers. You can feel completely secluded during your stay. Also, our cleaning crew has taken extra measures to ensure the property is sanitized on a more frequent basis than usual. Come and forget all the panic in the world while you lounge in nature!

Prime location in Laguna Village; just become available!; Conveniently located just 1 blocks from the beach and in walking distance to just about anywhere you want to be; promenade, grocery, downtown, restaurants, shops, galleries, movie theater, post office, farmers market, etc. just 1 block from the Main Beach and Downtown of Laguna Beach. Large yard!! Charming 2 story home with 2 separate units /entrance and 2 kitchens.

We are offering for rental 1st story home with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, large garden, large parking lot. Full kitchen with slight ocean view, Master, 2nd bedroom and living room with garden view. TV in the master bedroom and in the living room, cable, high-speed internet. master bedroom with brand new memory foam queen bed, small waking closet. New kitchen and kitchen appliances with convectional Oven and Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils Provided, Linens Provided, Beach Towels provided.
2nd bedroom has a fully converted to queen size sofa bed with memory foam topper. The living area's sofa is converted to the queen bed. Light and clean decor. HDTV flat panel TV/monitor, cable, high-speed internet.

Spacious private garden patio with gazebo; flowers and fruits trees make for great lounging, barbecues, met and fish smoker, Water cooler with Arrowhead water supply and patio heater, entertaining, and just kicking a ball around the large grass area that is enclosed and safe for the kids to play. The large front driveway allows up to 4 cars outside parking for this rental.

Direct walk to Sleepy Hollow Beach, just next one to the Main Laguna beach and walking promenade.

Walking to Laguna Beach bus station, 15 min drive to SNA Airport, 15 min drive to Spectrum, 30 min drive to Disneyland, and 20 min drive to Newport Beach or Dana Point.

Laguna is wonderful- Great location!

I truly enjoyed my time in Laguna! I found the neighbors & owner were very attentive and kind. The unit has a very small bathroom and overall, it is dated but still comfortable; however, you really cannot be the location!

Great stay

This was my 2nd time staying at Bright House. The apartment is small, but is very clean and has a great outdoor area which we enjoyed. The location cant be beat, we walked just about everywhere we wanted to go to. The beach, restaurants and shops are very close. We look forward to staying there again! go.

Family Vacation

Excellent location

Right in the heart of Laguna downtown 1 street from coastal highway. Conveniently located close to the beach and shops. The beds were OK, too soft for me. The property has all needed amenities and has parking.

Close to the Beach and has a Lovely Patio

Okay. So, let's start with the positives. This place is very close to the beach and has a wonderful patio. It was clean. Now the negatives --- serious lack of communication! It started when asked to cut a day off the end of my stay and was basically ghosted. When she finally did respond, dhe was rather terse. Prior to my arrival, I received information with the specific address of the property. However, the address was to the back of the property where the garage doors were not to the front of the property where the actual entrance was. After several text messages and some investigative work of my own, I finally figured out how to get into the property. The gate at the fence had a coded lock on it that seemed to indicate that I needed to enter a code which I did not have. I finally figured out there was a latch on the top of the fence, and I just needed to click that. The day of my arrival I received a text message with images of what a door lock looked like and how to operate it, but not the code to the door. After several text messages to the property owner. I finally received the code. Finally, inside the property there was no information for me regarding the property or the expectations. There was no code to the Wi-Fi etc. The following day I had to text the property owner again to request the code for the Wi-Fi. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Great location

We stayed here and could not have asked for a better location. Easy walk to downtown, the beach, and art festival. Dedicated parking was huge plus. We didn't receive check-in info until 4PM...perhaps due to email confusion but we got it sorted out which was the most important thing. Huge fan of Laguna!

Great location, fenced backyard for dogs

Close to the beach and town. Perfect for our two large dogs because the backyard is fenced. Lodging is small. Nowhere to put luggage but on your floor. No closet space. Not much room to put away food, no workspace. You get the downstairs and hosts are upstairs. People coming in and out of yard occasionally so I had to be careful my dogs weren't out (they're protective). Hosts were quiet and friendly.

Great little place to stay

Vicky and her husband were excellent hosts. The place was clean, and plenty of room for my wife and I and our dogs. When we needed additional toilet paper, they were quick to respond. Lots of room in the back yard to play with our pups. The hosts live upstairs and we got to meet and interact with them a bit, which was very nice. They even interacted with our dogs in a very welcoming way. Living upstairs they are very courteous about noise and were not disruptive at all. Highly recommend you stay here, especially if you want a place right across the street from the ocean with very close access to groceries, restaurants, and shopping.

DO NOT STAY HERE

It was like pulling teeth to get check in info and that was only the beginning. The place was not clean, no toilet paper, no paper towels, Handles/doorknobs/doors were broken or jammed- and the worst of all- we did NOT feel come by the owners- they were condescending and complained about us having people over at 8pm on a Friday when our people left at 830pm- good luck enjoying that outdoor space they advertise. Oh and their yappee dog barked and went after our kid- super pleasant.

Nice owners/property managers and 5 star location!

The owners live upstairs, they were very very nice and ready to provide whatever you needed. Walking to town and the beach is the big draw here, fantastic location. It's great to have a parking spot or two on the owners property here AND the backyard is wonderful for relaxing outside or eating a meal in the gazebo. Thanks for a great time!

Great location

We loved the location, and it was a beautiful property! The fact that parking was included was a big plus, and the yard was perfect for entertaining a few guests for a couple hours. There was an AC unit in the living room, which was a nice addition. The only issue we had was halfway through our stay, the shower suddenly would not stay warm. I don't think it was an issue with the water heater, as when using the faucet for the tub, the water would come out warm. We had one warm shower at the beginning of our stay. We ended up just taking baths for the rest of our stay since we didn't want to take cold showers. I also did not receive check in instructions until the day of check in, and only after I reached out to the host saying that I did not get any instructions. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book here again! Laguna Beach is beautiful, and the trolley makes it so convenient to get around!

Quick vacation

This was a quick getaway before the hectic holidays and our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect and easy to find and get into. There are so many great restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
