We have stayed in this property may times now. The house is always clean and ready for us. The kitchen is complete, so we are able to cook when we want. The balcony off the kitchen has a view of the ocean and we have witnessed many sunsets from there, as well as eating some meals out there. There are plenty of towels to use. There are beach necessities in the garage to use. The host keep up with the needs of the property and the guest. They have been very responsive when we have had an issue. We look forward to returning there in 2027!

The location was very nice, walking distance to the beach (but the hike back up the hill is strenuous!). Hosts were nice, and responsive when we ran short on TP, kitchen sponges. The garden area is really nice too.

Cute cottage at a great location. Shady multi-level garden. The manager was very welcoming, courteous, and responsive. The reason marked the property as “good” is the lack of AC and a size of the bathroom for a 2BR property. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful weekend in Laguna Beach

The house and property are beautiful. Nicely tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and town. Would love to stay here again.

We did another review of the distance from the house to Thousand Steps and in fact the distance is 700ft from the garden exit of the house to the entrance of Thousand Steps Beach. We had a really lovely stay at this property. The garden was lovely and the kids loved it! The views from the balcony are beautiful. It was a perfect home for our family of 4 to enjoy the beach. We hope to be back!!

Stay was great. Loved the house and outdoor area. I left a “kindness stone” to the left of the chaises. I do this wherever I go. Maybe it’s a msg someone needs to hear. The driveway was too steep for me to use so we just parallel parked in front of driveway. I must say the climb down to Thousand Steps beach was easy peasy but coming up…ugh. Overall we loved it. The host was very, very quick to respond to all my many questions, and got me out of a jam, as I needed a place at the last minute, as there was a serious problem at an AirBB property. In this case, the Host, saved the day!Thanks!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It was so nice to sit on the deck each morning with our coffee and gaze at the ocean in the distance. The cottage is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Hope to return for a longer stay!
