The cottage is on a quiet little street, away from the bustle of tourists and sounds of village traffic, and is the perfect spot for individuals, couples and families to relax, come together and enjoy and appreciate the natural beauty of the sand and sea and the charm of Laguna Beach. Five minute walk to the center of everything.

*Guests are encouraged to purchase Comprehensive Travel & Travel Insurance to cover their trip for cancellations, illnesses, emergencies, etc.
• Check-out is at 11 am.

We had such a lovely time at the sea-breeze cottage! Our hosts Holly and Lilly were absolutely delightful to with. The cottage was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything , beach , shopping, restaurants was just a few blocks walking distance from us, so very convenient. The birds and the tranquil backyard were the highlight of the trip as they were so relaxing for us

We've been heading to Laguna Beach every summer for a number of years now and this was a perfect place to stay. Great location. Easy Walk right into down town and the Festival and also very easy to walk to the beach even with chairs and an umbrella.Very comfortable house with a nice backyard and a big plus was the amazing aviary in the back. Can't tell you how cool all the birds were. They all had very distinct personalities and were very friendly and seemed to like people.The host was terrific and a wonderful person And they are right next door with the caged aviary separating the properties.I can't really Give it a higher recommendation. We really liked it.

My family had a wonderful stay here during the month of March. The kids absolutely loved being able to go see the birds in the aviary. The location is phenomenal, the property is clean, and we had everything needed to feel right at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The cottage was a perfect home for my family while visiting for a local wedding. The hosts were great, the home had everything we needed during our stay, and the location was amazing. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Lovely and well-equipped cottage, just a few blocks away from the beach. The birds were an amazing surprise. Great communication with the host - very helpful! Loved our stay, loved Laguna Beach & look forward to returning.

Thoroughly enjoyed

House was clean, great location, had towels and beach supplies to use, was well stocked, the showers were lovely, the beds were soooo comfy, and we really enjoyed the aviary in the backyard. We loved everything about this property and would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Breeze cottage! Great location and it had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive as well. Would definitely recommend!

Guests can’t ask for better accommodations. Our hosts, Lilly and Holly gave us great tips on finding the best beaches and optimum routes to where we wanted to go. The Cottage had all the amenities and more for our beach days. Everything is in walking distance too. I can’t recommend Seabreeze Cottage enough. Stellar!

The cottage is very comfortable and very well equipped. Comfy beds and thick towels add to homey feel. The outdoor garden and aviary were delightful. And Lily is very responsive to any questions. The only “negative “ is the tight parking especially if u have a larger vehicle. Will definitely be returning to this 5 star property

Lovely spot

We really enjoyed our short time at the cottage. Lily was attentive and easy to work with for check in and check out. The cottage is cuter than the pics show and is updated beautifully. It was an excellent location. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great gem of a property

We stayed here with our 3 kids (4 6 and 8) and the house was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal - we could walk to beaches and restaurants and the grocery store - and the house itself was spotless and larger than we expected. We loved our stay! The owners were very responsive with any questions too.

Beautiful cottage

We were in Laguna for a wedding. The cottage was a perfect place for us to stay. It has a great location and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The hosts were very responsive as well! Wonderful option!

Quaint and peaceful cottage

Enjoyed our stay at the Sea Breeze Cottage very much. The cottage is cosy, very quiet and comfortable, reminiscent of a childhood family beach cottage. The cottage was thoughtfully outfitted with everything we needed, and was a pleasant 5 minute walk down the hill to downtown Laguna restaurants and the main beach.

It is just such a special, cozy cottage. Recently finished in the cottage/Provencal style. Quiet. Charming neighborhood. Sound of birds, the ocean, all within hearing distance of a lush private back yard, out of sight of everything and everyone.
