This beautiful second floor townhome has everything you'll need to feel like a true Savannah local. This amazing home will meet the needs of 4 Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Start your day of exploration with a walk across Forsyth Park to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone. Afterwards, head to Monterey Square for some antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques, or a tour at the infamous Mercer-Williams House. Whether you're in town for a quick business trip, a romantic retreat, or a longer stay with family, the Delia Row Townhome is the perfect choice! For larger parties, consider adding one of our other 1 bedroom homes located in the same building!

Great Location for Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a kids free weekend. It was a great location, loved being able to walk to coffee or brunch in the park.

Great location

The property was clean and the instructions were clear. We met the owner who helped us with the new lock. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and the park was beautiful.

Great location

We had a great stay. Good location. Forsyth Park right out the window. Good restaurants nearby and many in walking distance. Comfortable place, lots of room to spread out.

Amazing location, a little loud, but overall lovely

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I went to Savannah for some time together, rest and relaxation. I have JUST finished 6 long months of chemo, and this trip was my reward. :) The location is perfect-Forsyth Park is basically your front yard. The people watching front the bedroom window ALONE is fun.There was a festival going on there Sunday night until close to midnight, so be aware you may get kept awake by the live bands if one is going on while you’re there. It was kinda cool, but loud, lol....but not as loud as the renovations going on directly above us, starting around 6am on a Sunday. It was awful, and SO LOUD. It sounded like a herd of elephants were above us.....but I messaged the rental team, and they must’ve called them, because it stopped almost immediately. We were still wide awake at that point, with no hope of sleeping in, but it finally ceased.The rental team responds quickly to your texts, 24/7, which is amazing. The location is so close to restaurants, shops, an organic grocery store for staples, and the PARK IS RIGHT THERE. ♥️ Overall it was a great trip, slightly loud, but amazing all the same.

Forsythe Park Gem of a Location

This was exactly what I had imagined for my stay in Savannah. The pictures were totally accurate and I was pleasantly surprised by that. I loved the Forsythe. Park location. Its also a convenient trolley stop! The only downside was a musty smell when first entering the building. Other than that, it was perfect.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I were celebrating our 38 wedding anniversary. The first night the AC went out and it was 79 degrees in the apartment when we got up at 630am. I called the the agency to let them know first thing early. Reception said maintenance crew would be in at 9am and they didn't have any other appointments so they would be out first thing. It was after 3 before they came, by then it was 92 degrees outside with 87% humidity.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Forsyth Park

We can't say enough about this place. It's spacious, well-maintained and clean. The only downside (and it won't be for everyone) is Whitaker St., which the bedroom fronts to. The traffic can be noisy and move rather quickly. Otherwise, it was the perfect place for our short, first-time sojourn to Savannah. 5-star and highly recommend.

Nice Property

Lots of positives - clean, spacious, right on park, management company responsive, good bedding, etc. One negative is shower. Pressure is very low. Property is 5 other than shower.

Spacious Apartment in the Perfect Location

We enjoyed our 3 night stay over in this property. We arrived early and were invited to check in once the unit was ready. The location is perfect for visiting the historic district including all the squares and churches! Located right on Forsyth Park many restaurants were within easy walking distance and on street parking was not difficult to find. Easy checking/out with coded locks.

Location Great, Shower Not So Much

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is beautifully decorated and is in a perfect location. Our only issue was the shower. Half of the water flow does not divert up to the shower head and the hot water was gone by the end of the shower.

Very comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen.The property was very clean and the rental property staff are excellent. They provided great communication about checking in and out and easily helped me extend my stay.The property feels very safe with codes to enter external door as well as door to apartment. It does require that you walk upstairs as this is a second floor space.It was a quick walk to the Sentient Bean and the Saturday markets in Forsyth Park. It is an easy walk to the Kroger across from the park and beyond by a block or two. Never had problem finding parking.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Peaceful stay by the Park

The setting is excellent and very convenient. In-unit kitchen/laundry was very convenient. Spotlessly clean, well set up residence. The park had a weekend market (depends on time of year most likely) and walking from here to downtown through the historic squares was wonderful. Parking was not a challenge at all, just pay attention to the street signs! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location right across Forsyth Park

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Views from the room were beautiful! Well stocked apartment, very cozy. They have folding chairs which we used at the park and it was a nice extra. We asked for extra blankets and pillows at the time of the booking and they left plenty of extra pillows and blankets for us. Only cons was Bed was on the firmer side and at night you can hear the cars and people walking by the window, so we did have some trouble sleeping the first night, but got used to it after. And the doors have no lock, or at least we couldn't figure them out. We loved the location because we like enjoying the calmer side of Savannah, the Forsyth and the squares and streets, but if you would like to be at The River it is about a mile and a half walk one way, which wasn't bad, but at night it felt very long and tiring. But the calm of the park in the morning for a walk and the market on Saturday made it the perfect spot for our family. We would recommend it!

Our stay was perfect! I absolutely loved the apartment, it was beautifully decorated, comfortable and the perfect size. It is just across the street from Forsyth Park. We could walk almost every where we wanted to go, anyplace else was short drive.

Anniversary trip to Savannah

House was in a great location! Right across the street from Forsyth park. Cute as a button, we’d totally stay again. Love the bay window. Could use a really good dusting. Overall it was good!

This is an amazing place to stay and it is beautiful. We loved being across from the park. We never had any problem with street parking. Checking in was super easy and all of the directions were very clear. This home is in the perfect location - close to everything and with good parking. We loved the historic feel of the home. I have already been looking at when I can get back to Savannah.

A few hiccups to be addressed but overall a good property

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was ideal. Easy walking distance to everything and plentiful on street parking. The unit was very clean, a rarity these days. We did have a few hiccups; The bathtub was clogged but quickly fixed by the owner. The wifi was down for an entire day, which negatively impacted our activities. The property management indicated we would be offered some sort of discount for the inconvenience but this never materialized. The hallway light was out inconsistently making the stairway entry a bit spooky. The washer & dryer were noisy & need to be serviced.
