Welcome to our home away from home! You’ll love our condo for its beautiful views and easy access to the mountain. Inside is a stylishly appointed home, a building hot tub, ski locker room, dog wash, and a ski tune table. We're just a short walk to the slopes or ride the free bus—5 minutes to the mountain or 15 minutes to America's last great ski town!

We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.

The space: We love enjoying a warm cup of coffee on the porch in the morning and taking in the fantastic view.

Guest access:
You'll have access to our full condo plus all building amenities to include: ski locker room, bike/ski tune station, hot tub, grill area, dog wash station, and the on-site (free!) city and ski mountain bus stop.

Our condo has free high-speed wifi, Roku TV, a DVD player, extra linens, towels for the hot tub, a well-equipped kitchen, Pack 'n Play crib, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washer, dryer, and more. We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable, enjoyable, and easy experience.

Other things to note:
Up to two dogs are permitted with payment of a $130 pet fee. You may bring a third dog contingent upon my approval and payment of an additional $50 through the Resolution Center. Pets are not allowed in the building hot tub.

This rental sleeps six guests.

The hot tub is managed by the building HOA, and can be taken offline for repairs or maintenance with no notice. These events are beyond my control and we cannot offer refunds if there is a closure that impacts your stay.

On-street/Town right-of-way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte. We provide one parking pass for use in our building lot. Additional vehicles will need to park in one of the paid lots in Crested Butte or Mt Crested Butte.

Nice spot

We've stayed in this condo-plex a couple of times and it's a nice spot. Very car dependent but much more affordable than downtown. Very easy checkin and checkout, good communication from hosts.

Good unit and location, but very loud neighbors

The unit is very nice, clean and well appointed. The property manager was very easy to interact with. The only issue we experienced was the upstairs neighbor kids were extremely noisy, they were up super early jumping and running around. It was a bit difficult to enjoy the morning hours starting at 6:45AM

Well worth every penny

Only issue we had was the wifi password. Contacted the host and they were able to provide us with new codes. Other then that the place was awesome. 5 Stars all the way.

Excellent Place to Stay in Crested Butte!

This place was perfect for our group and we all felt it was very comfortable. The condo is an end unit so tons of light and a stunning view of the mountains. It is a quick/easy walk over to the slopes. We enjoyed the hot tub every night we were there. The hosts are very responsive and communicate well! We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again next time in Crested Butte!

Enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay at the condo! Great location and easy access to main road. Everything in the condo was just as pictured. We enjoyed the view and coffee on the balcony every morning! The aspens in the fall are absolutely gorgeous against the pines and mountains!

Great Fall Get Away

Our family had a blast during our fall get away. The condo was just what we were looking for…clean, family friendly and pet friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking every day. Crested Butte is beautiful in the fall and it was wonderful having a nice place to come home to after a full day enjoying nature.

Great Place for Summer Family Stay

My son and I stayed here for a week for our annual visit to my parents, who have been living in CB for years. This is a great place for a small family. The layout is great with plenty of organizing shelves for clothes and gear. It's super clean, modern, and efficient, with plenty of light unlike a lot of ski condos. They really have thought of everything and made it easy to make this place like home for a week. If you plan to work, the dining room table is nicely situated with views through the windows all around it. The kitchen is well equipped enough to cover breakfasts and lunches, plus simple dinners. Unlike a lot of ski condos, they don't just assume you'll eat out the whole time you are there. CB's dining options are crowded, limited, and generally not what the used to be because of the housing crisis in the valley, so it's nice to be able to eat in with the family and avoid the chaos. We also enjoyed that the place is part of a building where CB locals live, not just tourists. Michael and Meredith were very responsive throughout the stay. We had a few requests here and there, but nothing major. We're keeping this place on our shortlist of places to stay for summer visits to the family.

Well-equipped condo with incredible views!

The condo is conveniently located in Mt Crested Butte. The views are amazing! We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning while taking in the beauty of the mountains. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable getaway. The owners do an amazing job of communicating and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay! We look forward to coming back again soon!

Summer getaway

This place was conveniently located on the main floor near the entrance to the building, but not so close that you hear everyone coming and going. Great location also as you have a great view of the village down below and the ski basin across the way. The apartment was on the end of the building so you had great views all around and you weren't sandwiched in-between other neighbors. Meredith was very thorough with communicating all of the policies and procedures of the place which is great because she left no questions unanswered. She was quick to respond to any issues. For those with pets, Meridith also left blankets to cover the couches. Our fur babies were nice enough to listen and stay off the furniture, but it was a great touch nonetheless. Loved the stay and we'll be back in the future!

Perfect Ski Condo

This place was perfect for a family of 4 plus a dog for a few days of skiing. It’s within a short walk to the base area or there’s a bus stop right out back. It’s super clean, super-convenient, well-appointed, true to the pics posted and the owner was super responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful condo near Mt Crested Butte

We had a wonderful fall weekend (gorgeous colors!) at Meredith's place in Crested Butte. The 2BR, 1BA was the perfect size for our family of 4 (two kids 11 & 13). End unit with amazing view of Mt Crested Butte, which my husband hiked up one day straight from the condo. Thanks for an amazing wknd --we're definitely coming back!

Christmas Vacation

We spent 5 days at this property with our two kids and dogs. It was very roomy and and perfectly decorated. The unit was on the corner which provided excellent views of the mountain. I was originally looking for a ski-in/ski-out location, but this location was just as convenient with the local shuttle. I would definitely stay here again, but I probably won’t bring the dogs next time unless we have a dog sitter.. When we left to ski the first day, they were very anxious and their barking echoed throughout the building. I got a nice letter (I am not being sarcastic) from management to not leave them alone. After that, my husband and I took turns skiing with the kids, which was kind of a bummer since this vacation was meant to spend time together with our kids before they have to go back to college. We will know better next time. Overall it was a great experience; waking up to snow on Christmas morning was amazing. Crested Butte is an amazing town and we will definitely be back!

exceeded expectations

Condo looked even nicer in real life than in the pictures and was super clean and very convenient, especially with the electronic door locks. We enjoyed our mornings and late afternoons sitting on the balcony with coffee or wine, savoring the view of Mt Crested Butte. The bike-themed decor was great. Oh, and thanks for providing a nice soft dog blanket for the couch :)
