This stunning cabin, featuring three bedrooms and three full baths, spans 2,200 square feet and is situated on 8.2 acres within a lovely gated community on Bell Mountain, all amidst the breathtaking scenery of the North Carolina Blue Ridge Parkway, near Stone Mountain State Park. You can reach out and touch the Blue Ridge Parkway. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of the back entrance to Stone Mountain State Park, just 1.5 miles from the cabin. Indulge in luxury with black granite countertops and vanities, top-notch appliances, vaulted ceilings, and a stacked stone gas fireplace. The cabin accommodates two queen beds, two single beds, and a futon sofa. This secluded setting is perfect for wildlife enthusiasts. Dream. You are conveniently located near Stone Mountain State Park, Doughton Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Thurmond-Chatham game lands, Wine Country, New River State Park, Olde Beau Golf Club, and many other mountain activities.

I am a retired Marine who served my God, my Country and my Corps faithfully for over 30 years. During my active duty time I was able to travel the world and served during the cold war years and over three wars during three decades. After seeing so much of the world I finally found a place that offered peace of mind and I wanted to share my experience of peace with others so I built "Sanctuary" a Luxury Cabin.

The amazing views, complete privacy, abundant wildlife and great hiking. Enjoy all 4 seasons. This very private setting is a wildlife / hunter / photographer lover's dream. Deer, turkey, bear, rabbit, squirrels, etc. Conveniently located near the 6,400-acre Thurmond-Chatham game lands, 14,000+ acre Stone Mountain State Park, 7,000+ acre Doughton Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, 36+ Yadkin Valley Wine Trail wineries and vineyards 2,200-acre New River State Park, 57-mile linear New River Trail State Park, 4,522-acre Grayson Highlands State Park & 14,000-acre Mount Rogers National Recreation Area, Olde Beau, High Meadows & Stone Mtn Golf clubs, W. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway from the landing of a wooding deck. I enjoy hiking on Stone Mountain with my best friend. Doughton Park is another must while visiting the area. There is nothing more amazing than enjoying a great cup of coffee in the early morning watching the sun rise on the deck or while watching an amazing sunset over the mountains. The view is definitely mesmerizing.
