Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a full front porch view overlooking the Little River. Relax to the sound of rolling water and quiet surroundings of beautiful forest. Cast a line from the bank, dock, or wade the river for rainbow, brook, and brown trout. Also, hike, bike, mountain bike, canoe, kayak, or tube the river for an all-out adventure retreat! you have the best of land or water. Never be out of contact, as we have High-Speed Fiber internet and whole house wifi. This home is adjacent to a custom-built pavilion with an incredible outdoor rock fireplace, kitchen, and half bath. Add this option to your stay to have an incredible family experience, cookout, and get-together for the whole crowd. Enjoy covered seating for 30+ guests with picnic tables, lounge chairs, and gas grill. Make this your getaway for making memories. A great place to get away from it all. The Little River was fun to fish. I saw wild turkeys and deer on the property. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you need.

Guys trip

It was a really nice place you can fish,swim and right up the road we canoed the New River. Very relaxing place and nice to just get away. I will definitely go back.

Beautiful hideaway

This was an excellent property. It was well kept and clean. The surroundings are beautiful. Just a few mins drive to Sparta. A great place to unwind.

Dream location

Secluded area on the River. Great place to fish, wade and explore. Nice outside area to cook and entertain. House was very clean and homey. Hope to be able to enjoy this place again soon!

Beautiful Property

Second time we’ve stayed here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. House is right on the Little River and very private. Property is well maintained and house is very clean with a lot of extras that you typically have to purchase with a rental.

Location location location

Right on the river, plenty of outdoor seating, walking paths along the river! The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor pavilion was perfect for an evening fire and making smores. Can’t wait to come back to this little slice of heaven. So close to Camp Cheerio and Sparta! Perfect location!

summer trip for the grandchildren

very quiet and peaceful. Grandchildren (ages 11, 12) loved the river and caught several trout, they were able to wade in the water in front of the house to fish.
