This one of a kind home has tremendous views of the beach & sea, with modern kitchen & bath remodeled. Our home is Professional managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site care. Facing the Monterey Bay gives for those amazing sunrises.

Enjoy the fireplace, flat screen TV, private wifi, remote controlled blinds, spacious deck and even a telescope to enjoy whale & dolphin watching - or look to the beach sanctuary for snowy plovers and other birds. Comfortable queen bed in the master, and a queen sofa sleeper - perfect for a family stay.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with granite counters, upgraded appliances and breakfast bar stools. Please note that all BBQ's in the Pelican condos have been removed due to HOA policy.

We have the best views to watch whales at play, right from the deck of the condo. Humpback and Blue Whales migrate to Monterey Bay from late April through early December, with peak sightings in July and August — right from the deck and living room of beach condo.
