600 sq. ft. Italian inspired studio. Private entrance and off street parking. Next to city green ways for extra privacy. Private luxury suite for 2 to 6 guests. Beautifully appointed. 2 Queen beds with fine linens. Queen Sofa bed for extra guests. Living room area with comfortable furniture and a TV. Private bath with large walk in shower. The nicest hotel room in College Station is 250 sq. ft., The Carriage House in 600 sq. ft.! Use of beautiful out door area. Beautifully landscaped. Great for coffee, cocktails and bird watching.

Be advised - there is an additional rental at this location. The back yard may be shared if both are occupied.

Great stay

It was a great property to stay at for a quick weekend trip. If you’re going to be out and about most of your trip, this is a good-sized place to stay.

Hosts were gracious and caring of our situation! The Carriage House was clean and the thoughtfulness of the cutlery and coffee things was above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely be returning for a fun visit!

Perfect stay for game weekend!!

Perfect for a couple or small group- great location, clean and exactly as the pics showed. Hosts were very responsive, check in and check out was easy! We would stay here again - highly recommend!

Much better than a hotel room. Very convenient location and room set up. Looks just like the listing photos. Close enough to A&M to go back and forth with a great seating area to visit with your family.

Our stay was great! I did not realize this is attached to the main house which is also rented. It was all good though. We didn’t hear the other guest while we were there. Owners were very responsive when we had WiFi issue and came out and solved it right away. Would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay

The location was great. Nice neighborhood and close to where we needed to be. The pictures for the stay showed a back porch but we were not able to use it unless you stay in the main house. Probably should specify that in the ad. Other than that, the Carriage House was great and affordable. Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful place to stay!

Perfect place to stay! Large room, 2 comfy beds, 3 indoor sitting areas (2 couches & 1 small table for 4), and a beautiful outdoor sitting area and yard. Very, very clean. Great touches such as coffee maker (with coffee, cups, sugar), full size refridge (with some beverages waiting for us), microwave, and wine glasses. Even had some work out equipment tucked away for use if one desired. Bathroom nice size, although not huge, but large enough (and large, walk-in shower). So, so much better than a hotel room. Totally would recommend it!

Very comfortable accommodations. The beds are in the same room and was fine for our stay. If separate bedrooms are a necessity, this won’t work for you. It is like sharing a hotel room, only much larger and more comfortable. Adequate seating for 4 if watching tv. Folding chairs available if more seating is needed. One thing that was fine with us due to rainy weather during our stay, but needs to be a little more clear. There is a gorgeous, large outdoor space that was described as “shared” since there are two rentals on the property. However, all but a very small portion was roped off for the larger rental’s use. Had the weather been nicer, I would have been dissatisfied not to be able to sit on the lovely deck with a cup of coffee. Maybe I misinterpreted the term “shared space.” It is a great rental and we would definitely stay here again!

James and his wife were the perfect guests! A joy to communicate with. They treated our home with the utmost care. We would gladly have them back anytime. Wish we could have met them in person! Jeff was career firefighter with the College Station Fire Department. Cindy and Jeff are both retired. We are both from Texas. We have 5 children and 9 grandchildren.
We love to travel and have stayed at many beautiful places which has inspired the personal touches at our home.

The Carriage House is in a spectacular location. Close to everything in College Station. Our property is always above and beyond in cleanliness and personal touches. The Hilton here is the nicest hotel but you only get at most 300 sq. ft. and 3, 3.5 stars. The Carriage House is 5 star! The thing we love most is the beautiful 1.1 acre yard. In town! Jeff keeps it beautifully landscaped. Love drinking coffee and cocktails on the cozy porch. So will you!

We host at the Carriage House and our main house, Bella Cancello. If they are both occupied at the same time the back yard will be shared, but you have a cozy patio to yourself. You will always have designated parking and a private entrance so you don't have to interact with the other guests unless you choose to.
