Annette was great to work with. Very responsive. Location was great. Very close to the Caverns. Property was nice and close to the river. The house was nice and clean but a little dated and tired.

We absolutely loved this place, all of her properties have been really nice. We've been repeat customers for years, I can't say enough. Clean, private, and gives you that home feeling. It's pretty much the perfect getaway.

We (husband and wife and wife's mom) enjoyed the Rock Tavern (Luray VA) while we toured Shenandoah NP. The place is as pictured. There is one step up into each side of the cabin. Each side has one large king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There are curtains (not doors) from the bedrooms to the family/main room and kitchen. We enjoyed the back deck under a porch. The back deck also has the hot tub. It was a great vacation place for our touring of the National Park, Luray Caverns, and the VA Civil War Museum. The kitchen was well supplied. The dryer was temporarily out of order. We would recommend this place.

Another great stay. We are frequent guests at this house and every visit has been just as wonderful as the previous time. The close proximity to the river makes it convenient to have a fun day with the family. Our favorite is the back porch sitting area. The furniture and hot tub make it easy to spend time to unwind. Will definitely be back next year

The River Tavern was cool to stay in with the old stone still there and the history that goes along with it! We enjoyed the trails, massage, and the raft ride down the river. It was a great location and also liked relaxing in the hot tub, on the deck in the back and the firepit!

This was the perfect retreat for my hubby and me. So cozy and warm. We loved the interior wood and stone. Annette was also responsive to every email and even came out when we had a question about the septic tank. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin in Luray, VA. It was cozy, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain surroundings. We would definitely stay here again! Annette was an amazing host!

The host was very nice, responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating! Loved that the home was pet friendly, was well laid out and furnished, had satellite tv, had 2 primary ensuites with king beds, had linens and towels provided, had 4 recliners in the living room, had lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy, including the hot tub and fire pit, was surrounded by nature and had nice views. Internet was spotty at times but that was expected in a mountain rental. Two suggestions for improvement, replace the electric can opener/provide a hand held can opener and add a few more large forks and spoons for eating.

A quick visit to here to explore the caverns . Breathtaking views , farm life and the caverns are a wonder to experience . Although our idea of a vacation, consists of relaxation and leaving it to staff to do the bigger "chores" so we can relax and enjoy ,without being too.concerned with a check list to check out . But we complied and had an overall good experience and stay within a conservative area .
