We had a wonderful stay! The only reason why it was not 5 stars all the way across was we had difficulty getting into the cabin. HOWEVER, the host is extremely quick with replies and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. I am glad the host recommended taking a screenshot of the wifi information. There is no cell service so we had to connect to the wifi to contact the hosts. I did enjoy how welcoming they were to pets. They even had a little dog bed set up. I found that to be very sweet! I would stay here again!

Lovely cabin in the foothills which was perfect for my sons and I. The hot tub was a hit.

There were a few items that needed attention. The cabin is, overall, a nice place, but a bit more attention should have been placed on ammenities, cleanliness, and maintenance. With just a little bit more attention to detail and quality, the cabin could be a very enjoyable stay.1. The freezer ice maker was completely blocked and the dispenser was not working. We cleaned out the ice so it would work again. 2. The cabinet doors in the bedroom vanity bath need to be fixed.3. The fans were caked with dirt and dust, so we had to clean them just to use them.4. Toilet paper holder in the back bath was broken.5. The towels were very smelly with mildew, and bath towels are too small.6. The coffee maker needs to be checked. We tried to make a pot and it spilled with only one cup coming out.7. The hot tub seems to need chemicals, and some of the jets were not working.8. Not a big issue and understandable given the wooded lot, but there are Many spiders on the deck.Also, wanted to mention that we were advised that the cabin can sleep 6, but found that there's not enough towels for 6 staying more than one night, and there's not enough chairs for the deck.Recommendations are to make repairs, do a periodic deep cleaning, add new (larger) towels, add hooks around hot tub area, and include better quality linens.

Quiet little oasis

We booked a two night stay for a girl’s weekend. This cabin was perfect! It was clean, quiet, had a fully furnished kitchen, sported great quality linens, and a great hot tub. The beds were comfortable! I highly recommend this location. The host was extremely responsive and helpful via the app messenger.

Incredible property! Beautifully and thoughtfully appointed! After some snafu with the electronic locks resulting from my inability to use technology, the rest of the stay went off without a hitch. The property owner was quick to address any issues and made herself instantly available! So pleased to have had the opportunity to stay here!

Really nice place to stay! Beds were a on the soft side for our liking but it was a comfy place overall. We didn't have service when we arrived so make sure to take screenshots of the wifi name & password before hand. If youre arriving late make sure to stop for groceries or nabbing dinner before arrival its about 20 plus mins to the normal grocery/ restaurant in Luray. However Fairview Grocery is super cute with a limited deli and has locally sourced basics and is about 10 mins. Definitely 5 stars!

Rosaline is a very attentive and accommodating host. The house is beautifully settled in the woods and is perfectly outfitted with everything you need. Having firewood and coffee pods ready was a really nice touch. Great space and plenty of room for our family of four and the hot tub was a great way to relax after hiking. Would definitely stay here again. Five star experience all the way from booking to checkout.
