Are you planning a weekend in Saratoga this year? This is the perfect place to be a base camp for all your trips and winter ski resorts which are close by! Available throughout the year. Freshly updated with all new furnishings, this 4 bedroom (5th bedroom in basement) 2 bath home has everything you need. Spacious rooms, comfy decor, front porch and rear deck with outdoor furnishings, gas grill and a brand new hot tub are perfect for entertaining or relaxing. There's even a furnished room in the basement for a last minute guest! A/C, wifi, cable TVs and plenty of off-street parking. Just 1.5 miles to downtown Saratoga and easy access to I-87.
When requesting to reserve - Please provide breakdown of group - ages/couples etc. as we cater to respectable groups over age 30 that will sleep in the beds furnished with the house

House was what we needed

House was great. Weather not so good so spent decent amount of time in the house. The downstairs was new and clean. Plenty of room. I would rent again. Location a little out of way from downtown but with the bad weather we weren’t walking anyway.

Good home

Comfortable, great communication with owner, great space for our group of 8 to be together in kitchen, dining area. Plenty of parking- quick drive to all there’s to do in “Toga”!

Great accommodation

Stayed here for weekend family birthday in town. Very accurate depiction of the home- really nice place! Very clean, nice layout and plenty of room. Check in was easy and host is very responsive to any question.

Great Property

This property worked great for us for a wedding in the Saratoga Springs area. We had 10 family members and enough beds for everyone. The property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located just outside of Saratoga Springs. The host was great and responsive to all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property, great communication

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, beds comfortable, great water pressure, plenty of places for you to sit and chill. Also easy access from the highway and to drive into town. Great communication with the owner. I recommend!

Great place!

Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Saratoga! The house was in an awesome location—a quick drive to downtown and/or Saratoga lake. It was clean, spacious and had a great backyard. We will be back!

Fall Getaway

Our family had a great time at the property. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. The hot tub was great to relax in after a day of hiking and shopping. We would definitely stay at the property at another time.

Graduation Celebration

Saratoga Springs family stay

The house was great, true to the listing. It was 1 block off a very busy road, so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs, as you can hear the big trucks driving at night. The property owner was very responsive and helpful

Location! Perfect for Entertaining Large Group!

Loved our stay in this home. It was everything we needed and more for our girls weekend. Central to so many spots we visited. Clean. Comfortable. Open plan was perfect for games and eating together. Would come back in a heartbeat if we ever visited again!

Girls Weekend Away

Stayed at this property for a few nights for a girls getaway weekend and found the property so clean and perfect for our stay! The house was thoroughly cleaned upon arrival with clear instructions on how to check in and where everything is in the house. Plenty of beds and bedrooms to accommodate all of us, and everyone commented on how comfortable their beds were! The house is 5 minutes from downtown so driving or calling an Uber was so easy and convenient. I highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Great place, easy helpful owner.

The place is fantastic, the owner completely accommodating. We especially appreciated that he leaves the place open for a day in between guests. The place is exactly as pictured. The hot tub and back yard are lovely. No complaints!

If your looking for an affordable house in the area for a bachelor or bachelorette this house is a steal. The basement is perfect for hosting.

Excellent choice!

The house and location were awesome! Very close to the track and to everything else you need. . The set-up of the house was perfect for our group of 8 guys. Check-in and all other communication with the owner (Charles) could not have gone more smooth. We are ready to book again! Highly recommend!

Real gem!

We stayed at this wonderful place for two nights for the wedding in Saratoga Springs. Everything - from booking to our departure - was flawless. The house and the amenities exceeded all of our expectations! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub and the grill, so we will be back! NYE Getaway

Charles was excellent at communication and always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had regarding the property. My friends and I stayed here for NYE weekend. The house is minutes away from downtown so it was super convenient for us to get around and explore the local restaurants and shops. The house was also very clean. 10/10!
