Shannan’s condo was exactly as advertised. The location was ideal—close to central Kihei’s activities, yet peaceful and secluded in South Kihei, just minutes from Wailea. The lanai offered spectacular views, and a short elevator ride put us steps from the beach. The air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay. We traveled with two young adult children and initially worried about the living room layout, with the king bed in the same space, but it wasn’t an issue. Even with Hurricane Lala passing through, we had an amazing stay and would definitely book this unit again.

Owner was great at communicating and resolving any issues we had. Would consider staying here again if beds and linens were replaced to firmer and softer option. Overall highly recommend this unit and owner.

Great location, awesome snorkeling right out front, everything you need for the beach is provided, easy access to dining and shops, well-maintained property, would stay here again in a heartbeat

Greta unit and great location! The unit is right in the beach with fantastic oceanfront views. It's within a 5-10 minute drive of lots of restaurants and shops. Super clean, loaded with everything you need (kitchen supplies, beach towels, etc), and a responsive host. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach, with easy access to Kihei and Wailea. We loved it, and for the location it is a fantastic value. The views from the balcony were amazing, the beach was great for swimming, sunning, snorkeling (we saw many turtles, fish, and a manta ray), and paddle boarding. There is a shop for renting gear on site, as well as a very convenient general store. The unit itself was perfect, with a nicely stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable, plenty of beach towels, with a closet full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkels, etc.). My family also enjoyed the pool and the sunsets from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

The property and location was exactly as stated in the listing. We had a great time switching between the pool and beach, and the property was centrally located on the island, which made travel to other parts of the island easy. The onsite amenities (grill, common space, rentals, convenience store) were great to have as well!

Perfect beach front condo with a beautiful view. Two completely separate bedroom suites that can be independently rented, sililar to two adjoining hotel rooms. Primary unit has a full kitchen. Second suite has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. It's not for those looking for a Four Season's luxury vacation but being adjacent to Wailea comes with all the amenities.

Wonderful stay for family of 5

We enjoyed the property. Snorkeling right out front was amazing, jumping waves in afternoon was a highlight too. Beds are comfy, snorkeling gear and cooler came in handy. This was a great location for all of our planned excursions. Enjoyed the pool, refreshing and clean. Great stay for our family. Highly recommend.

The Mana Kai is probably the condo with the best views on the island! This unit was perfect for the stay with all the amenities you could need. It was clean, everything worked great and the layout is one of the best for a condo in this building. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Definitely recommend staying here and will look to return! Thanks!!

Mana Kai

Really enjoyed our stay. Check-in and out was easy and seemless. Very clean place with great views and close enough to the beach that you can really enjoy the sound of the surf. Pool was never overcrowded which is nice, general store on property is super convenient (not that other options aren't close by as it's a great location overall). Plenty of amenities in the unit. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, Highly recommend

This was a perfect location. Steps from the beach. The listing was very accurate. Clean and modern. Plenty of space for our family of four. Having use of the beach amenities (chairs, snorkel equipment..) was very convenient. Kitchen well equipped to prepare your own meals but also very close to numerous restaurants. Highly recommend this stay!
